Style 911
I’m going to a play during one of the days of winter break. It’s going to be cold, but I want to look cute. Do you have any ideas?
Hey girly! How cool that you’re gonna get a dose of culture during your vacay. Our picks are fashionable, but will keep you warm in the chilly weather. Throw on a snappy wool jacket and earmuffs to ward off chills!
Option #1: City Sleek
An adorable dress, a warm blazer and a killer pair of boots, not to mention a little added sparkle. Accessorize with a bow headband and a great scarf to keep you extra cozy. So sleek!
Option #2: Stylish-yet-snuggly
A sweater dress is an easy way to stay toasty. Layering is key here, with a chunky sweater over a slim-fitting shirt. Add colorful tights and chandelier earrings.

We love animal prints—they add pretty pizzazz to any outfit ya throw together. But too many spots and stripes can look a little, um, wild. Pair leopard and zebra prints with clean-cut basics (like solid sweaters, tights and tees) to tame these picks and make ‘em yours.
Check out our fave ways to wear this fierce trend!
The racks are filled with leopard prints of all different hues, not
just plain ol’ tan and black. The dark blue on this frock adds plenty
of drama. Find one with girly shape, and add jet tights and a bolero.
Perf for those holiday parties!
You don’t have to go full-on safari to rock animal prints. A necklace with zebra-stripe beads is subtle—while still making a statement. Plus, it’s simple enough to go with all of your get-ups. It looks especially amazing with a red dress.
Swap black leggings for funky printed ones under a tunic or
slim-fitting sweater dress. Wanna make them more school-worthy? Throw
on a white button-down shirt, a wide belt and military jacket.
Daring peep-toes are a fave for fall. These cute zebra kickers work
with everything from an LBD to skinny jeans and a fun t-shirt. When
your shoes are so stylin’, it’s best to keep everything else pared
down.
Scarves are the easiest way to accessorize your outfit during the
winter, and infinity ones are our fave this year. A spotted neckwarmer
will look cute peeking out from your pea coat or on top of a simple
solid colored long-sleeve tee.

I'm going coat shopping soon. The problem? I have to get a ski jacket. Are there any ways to pull off a ski jacket and look chic while doing it?
Looking sporty AND stylish can sometimes be a hard trick to pull off. We’ve put together some ideas to keep you lookin’ sleek in your snow gear!
Sick of basic black? Up the style ante with a cute geo print and a
faux fur hood. Add a colorful hat to play off the confetti that makes
this cozy coat a winner. And, P.S., we love online outlets for pricey
pieces, like winter coats. Just check into their return policy before
you click “purchase.”
Filled with down feathers, this jacket will give
you warmth without the bulk (it weighs less than a pound!). The trick
to making big jackets look less boxy is to find stitching that’s made
for feminine figures or a cinched waist. Snowball fight, anyone?
Trend alert! Why not try out the ultra-hot military trend out on the slopes? This snappy coat will be your new ski uniform. Plus, it has tons of keep-you-warm features. Of course, you’ll look fab when you’re snagging a hot cocoa on a break.
Want that sporty style, but not hittin’ the slopes? Go for a puffer
vest! These are perfect to throw on over a sweater or a long-sleeve tee
on days when it’s just a bit chilly. Add a metallic belt on the outside
of your puffer to make it extra cute.
PLUS! Add some great, girly accessories to your winter wonderland wardrobe.

I’m going to a speech tournament and I have to dress up. It has to be formal and no jeans are allowed. How can I look more sophisticated and smart? I need some makeup tips, too.
Hey, girl! Good luck in the tourney. We’ve got a couple of awesome options for ya. They’re formal, but not too grown up or stuffy.
Option #1: The New Romantic
A lace top, A-line skirt and a fuzzy cardi look super-sweet. Wear some tights and a pair of retro-inspired booties.
Want a super-trendy (and way sophisticated) skirt option? Try one with a peplum top.
Option #2 Prettied-up Pants
A top with tuxedo ruffles puts a girly spin on dress pants. Try on a classic jacket and add dark, funky flats to liven it up.
Too dramatic? Opt for a jewel-toned cardi.
Makeup
Since you’re gonna be in situation where people are listening to what you have to say, you don’t wanna distract them with bright eye shadow and glitzy glitter.
On your eyes
If you’re going for a more formal, professional look, keep your eyes natural. You want people to see you when they are watching you, not your make-up.
Since you already have some definition on your top lids, choose a soft, neutral brown shadow.
Keep lips moisturized (but not over-glossed!) by swiping on your fave balm. Oh, and don’t forget to get rid of chipped nail polish!
