Ew! I have little bumps on my arms. My guy friend was hugging me one day and he totally freaked out--he said my arms feel...

Yep I think I have that too, I've had it all my life, so I guess it's more of a genetic thing, but I'll be go to the dermatologist. I'll try the vaseline, though!

I was wondering when is the best time to put on deodorant? I heard that if you put it on at night, your bod temperatures are more even and cooler, so the product can go in your pores. I also heard that it gets old and gross when you sleep with it over night, so its best to put it on fresh in the morning? Or both? Are any of these correct or does it matter when? Thank you so much Smile

Hey girlie! I would stick with putting on your deodorant fresh before you start each day. Leaving it on for too long can do damage to your pores.

Mod Mod Mod...
Okay, so I have had my period for about 1 year now since March. At the beginning when it just started, it would be every other month around the 21 or so. Since December, of 2012, it started to become regular and be around the 6th of every month. Now, in April, it hasn't come yet at all. Usually i get a lot of discharge and little back cramps before but I haven't gotten anything yet. Could my period still be irregular or what is happening? Thank you all so much!

Hey girl! It could totally just be your body adjusting to the new hormones. No need to worry too much about it, but if you're still curious, you could make an appointment with your doc to get some confirmation!

Mod mod mod Ok.. So I used to cut myself I've stopped but now I have scars. The cuts weren't that deep and it's been about a month since I last cut how can I make the scars go away quickly? or will they go away at all? Please help

Hey girly,

First of all, I'm so happy to hear that you stopped and are now on the road to recovery! I can't say for sure whether the scars will completely disappear, but they will fade over time. Lots of people swear by cocoa butter to help fade scars. You can check it out in the lotion section of the store. As for the future, please ever don't revert back to your old ways. Cutting is dangerous, and there are way better ways that you can make yourself feel better!

okay so i need help. this is embarrasing but i keep trying and i CAN NOT get a tampon in. every time i try it starts burning and gets really dry and theres no place where it will go in. it just stays on the outside. i really can not figure this out...can you please give me tips or help? i just don't know what to do! thanks so much

Hey girl, it takes a little time before you get used to it. If you don't think you're ready, I would just suggest using pads for a bit.

Swimsuit season's coming up and I love my body except for the acne on my back! I need to get rid of that really soon and using a face cleanser on it doesn't work! What are some other ways I can get rid of back acne fast? It's not bad enough to go to the doctor and get a prescription either! Thanks! I've heard toothpaste and lemon works....

Hey Actress-2-B, mhmm. I know you don't want to use a facial cleanser but have you ever tried Burt's Bees acne cleanser? It's a natural product that works really well. I use it and it makes my skin feel and look great. It's only 10 bucks so check it out. Sometimes home remedies like toothpaste and lemon are the best. My friend used toothpaste to get rid of acne, so try that by itself. Hope this helps! Xoxo Smile

Skip the ice cream and make a chunky monkey shake. Blend 1 banana, 1 tablespoon of peanut butter and 1 cup of low-fat chocolate milk with 1 cup of ice for a protein-packed pick-me-up.
You see your crush in the halls and your friend seriously embarrasses you by yelling his name. What do you do?!

A person should change their shampoo every six months because the hair will get used to it and does not get clean.
