Okay this has like noting to do with this topic but i really need help with this. My friend (lets call her Jane) Jane and I have been the BEST of friends since 5th grade and we're now going into high school. The problem is that when she likes a guy, she REALLY likes him, so much that it gets kind of annoying hearing about him so much. This one guy, (lets call him Bob) Bob, is her newest crush, but Bob doesn't really like Jane, at all. Bob is obviously more interested in another girl (lets call her Susie). Recently, we had a graduation party at Susie's grandmother's house, which has a pool. Bob was hanging around Susie and playing with her and stuff like that. But almost the whole time, Jane wouldn't do ANYTHING because she was sad/jelous of Susie and Bob. The thing is, Bob is rude, mean, and annoying, and all of my friends tell that to Jane but she refuses to believe it. She will do anything to try to impress him, but he never pays very much attention, no matter what she does. Afterward, she'll always be like "I guess I just didn't try hard enough" or something of that sort. She just won't give it up. It's UNBEARABLE. It's been like this for a year, and she just ends up making herself feel bad. I don't mean to bash her, she and I are like twins, but this is just rediculous. Any advice?
