i have bad breath and it bothers me so much that i can't get close to anyone when i talk and i tried brushing more than 5 minutes i tried mints and i tried so many things it's like theirs no way to cure it i'm hopeless and soon i might be getting braces what can i do to at least try to make it smell less bad?

I don't really like when my mom gives me mints... I feel like if it were an insult. But I guess its better for her to do that than to let me embarrass myself.

another thing... grab a metal spoon and rub the part u eat out of (not the back) on your tounge going back and forth. it takes all the (eww) gross smelling mucus off ur tounge.

hey i hav a tip on after u eat bad breath. evry1 say chew good smelling gum after but i say chew MINT gum right after u eat and then once ur sure ur breath doesnt smell as bad then hav some good smelling gum.

Im pretty great at advie with boys.. bffs.. school...parents.. but (unlike all thoes other advice givers out there) My specitalty is helping you reach your fitness goals! i have plenty of work out plans.. Eating habits.. and ways to get motivated to exersize! Why would you go go anywhere els for advice?!

it actually really helps if you chew gum maybe like sugar free gum too so its better for your teeth ;] try like mint:] or a really fruity flavor :]
