don't you have any ideas that won't raise the electric bill?

Hey everybody!
Here's an idea for something you can make for practically anyone on your list. Melt white or clear unscented glycerin in the microwave or a double boiler. Add essential (fragrant) oils. Pour into soap molds or clean old yougurt containers. Now add a drop or two of food coloring or soap dye to the soap and blend in. For a marbled effect, take a toothpick and gently swirl the coloring in a circular motion. Let sit on a couter until cooled & set or stick in the fridge for a few minutes to moisturize it more. When set cut from mold and smooth edges using a paring knife. You can wrap them up in cellophane and tie the ends with ribbon like a cany. I do this all the time with stuff I mostly had at home already. It is quick and easy and all my friends & family love them.
