I have never tried pica de gallo though it looks really good! I a cheesed quesadillas good as well (just plain cheese)

if you love extra spicy food (like me), add a little red pepper, but be careful, if you can't handle it, it will mess up the pica de gallo.

i <3 pica de gallo! there's this small mexican resturant only a few miles away and they make the best pica de gallo. i'm so glad i live in texas. my uncle lives in canada and he says there's no good mexican resurants in the north.
