If they deal with a baby and are fine with it, its okay. just don't do it if youre not ready.

I don't think I will be pregnant as a teenager. I can't imagine having sex, and I'd use birth control if I did. But I've thought about it, and really, think how hard it would be to tell your parents. If they had no clue you were that type of girl

I guess we can blame it on the hormones but STD's are real and can happen if we are having sex. So many of the shows we watch just go over the fun part about sex and it being exciting and feeling good but they almost ever go over the STD and the getting pregnant part.
So just because we are attracted to a guy doesnt mean we have to sleep with them. But I know thats why a lot of the people do it and why 1 out of 4 of us teen girls has a STD.

My parents (and I) are Christian, so, of course, the speeches I get are always abstinence until marriage. I do believe that that's the right way to go.....but I know i'm not going to wait that long (i don't want to get married really young) my mom is okay with it as long as i have safe sex but my dad won't hear about it. He doesn't even like one of my friends cuz she has a boyfriend and he doesn't believe any girl should be dating in high school (like really?). I wish I could actually be close to him but there's so much between us....

I personally believe that you should wait until your married before you have sex. It should be a special thing you share with your husband, but hormones make it hard for girls AND guys when they think they are in love. Still, it's not impossible to wait. And if you think I am just some stupid girl who doesn't know what she is talking about, you're wrong. My mother got pregnant when she was 17 with my older sister and the guy didn't want to help (and he died of cancer). You think you'll just have sex and nothing will happen, but even if you don't get pregnant, you can also get diseases. But in the end, It's your choice whether you want to take that chance or not! Have a beautiful day!

Here you can get tips on if you think you or a friend could be pregnant. Remember, all my sisters out here, never have sex BEFORE MARRIAGE!!! IT IS WRONG! wait until its the right time when you are married!
