I'm a dancer and dance really does get you into shape. You look at dance and think its so easy, you try dance and you find out its not! It takes hard work and is just as hard as any other sport!

i love dancing i have done all of them. i do the wall splits everyday. they hurt my legs a little, but no pain, no gain!

i dance and some of those stretches won't help unless you're a dancer or a pilates with good technique training as far as you pelvis goes. the first one (the frog) doesn't do anything for me and it never has. for the one with the abs put you hands behind you head and take your whole shoulder blade off the ground to get a good burn. i would also flex my feet instead of point them. The arch one is kind of pointless if your not a dance, since normal people don't point their feet! lol! for the wall splits, i would start out on the floor, but and legs straight up against the wall, put them into your side splits, but keep your muscles as relaxed as possible so gravity can pull them down for a better stretch, so dont clench them
