uhh hey MOD, i have a question. (anyone else who wants to answer, be my guest.) well, i have this guy friend that i'm pretty close with. we can call him bill. i used to like him, but now i think i'm over it, but i'm not really sure how i feel about him. so, a few weeks ago, bill texted me and asked me for some girl advice about this girl we both know (apparently she had been saying awkward stuff to him like "i love you" and he didn't know what to do). he told me not to tell any of my friends, but a friend was going through my texts and saw the message. she told some people, and bill found out, and then bill told me that it wasn't true at all, he was just seeing how i was going to react, which sort of annoyed me. but i just laughed it off and we were cool again. then last night, he texted me again and asked me that if he wanted to ask a girl out, should he do it in person or by text? and i told him in person, then i asked him who he wanted to ask out, and he said it's not me asking a girl out, someone else. (and idk if this is related or not, but bill doesn't really have any close guy friends, so i have no clue who the person could be.) so, i was just wondering, do you think bill is trying to "see how i will react" again? like i can't tell if he honestly needs girl advice,or if he is trying to lead me on, or what? guys are so confusing. thanks mod!

I recently started 7th grade so of course the subject of boys has come up alot for me and my friends, the thing is i'm not ready to have a boyfriend and i have been asked out twice already and both times it was EXTREMELY awkward how do i tell guys nicely that i don't want to go out with them?
