I've always wanted to be an author someday, and being the editor-in-cheif of my school's literary/art magazine this year and next is almost a dream in itself come true. But that "dream" of becoming a successful writer is looking bleaker as I'm looking into colleges. If you don't have to look at colleges yet, SAVOR it. It's a pain and forces you to think realistically; like my parents clearly want me to be a science major like my sisters, because there's more jobs available, but honestly i think i would rather live in a cardboard box hoarding stray cats with a job i absolutely love then live with lots of money with a job i hate......realistic thinking sucks -_- and if you say "journalism" well. no. I don't want to be a journalist. If there was any magazine job i would want, it would be with Girl's Life. :/ so yeah....

ok so i write lots and my friends always tell me to keep writing but i don't know sometimes what to write about. i like romance novels and stuff but i get stuck sometimes. What should I do? -writers block
