so, i get these sort of panic attacks sometimes, and it starts in the pit of my stomach, then i just get this feeling of despair. i usually fall asleep after them because i'm so worn out. and after they start up, i feel scared and alone all the time, even in a room full of people.
what i've found is that they are pretty much entirely linked to my period. yep. so it's kind of like instead of getting sad to deal with the hormones, my body's getting scared. i just try to surround myself with people i love and ride it out. it'll all be ok!!

This happened to me too. I bet what I had was a phobia. And the thing was, whenever I watched a scary movie about kidnapping or devilish things (like the exorcism), I use to get sick and vomit. And the night I felt sick is when I watched World of Wars, the one about the Aliens. I think why I got all emotional and unstable is because I thought these things would happen to ME. Sooooo.... yeah.
But, I'm over that =D I don't do that anymore. I hope you're ok =] I'M HAPPY!!!! I bet people think Imma freak now, right? lol.

Ya that happens to me to I just get up and out of bed and start crying even if I was listening to really relaxing music. It happens when I think about death and other things like my parents and sister. Even my animals... I still do it on occasion but music helps.
