Well, you have to look at your parents. i know some very thin girls who eat junk food like crazy but never gain a pound. However, if they have overweight parents, especially mothers, they're metabolism will slow down when they get older, and they will be like their parent(s). Unless they get better eating habits.

I'm not trying to be mean, but I'm just trying to say that girls who brag about being thin and eat junk may not stay that way. Being thin, as shown by this article, doesn't always mean you are healthy.

Hey! Cellulite is deposits of fat that are stored (most commonly in females) and they appear to have a lumpy look to them.

I'm exactly like that... I want to try healthier foods... but I'm really picky! I'm like to furging scared to try new foods Tong I'm weird I know lol. and I need to loose some weight, and I try to work out, but when I do I give up in like 2 days.

Hey girl! The key is to start small. Try a no-thank you bite for a food you wouldn't normally eat. You don't have to have an entire entree, but if you try little bites of new things, you may find something you love!

I love sweets as well, but it's hard to eat healthier sometimes because I'm allergic to most fruits and veggies...Any suggestions?

Hey babe! Try drinking V-8 or other drinks that incorporate fruits and veggies in them! And stick to the health foods you aren't allergic to! Try sliced fruit on your next PB sandwich, or add extra veggies to the side of your dinner entree.
