MOD MOD MOD MOD MOD MOD MOD MOD MOD!!I think I have a body problem. I sweat under my arms all the time! Its not even when I am nervous or anything its just really random!! And my hands also sweat so that makes me nervous to hold hands with my friends or shake hands with others. Lastly, my feet always sweat which makes them smeel weird! What should I do? It is really embarassing! Is it serious enought to go to the doctor for? Cuz I asked my mom if she could schedule an appointment but she said, "You just have over active sweat glands, you have nothing to worry about!" But she doesnt know how embarassing it is to walk around trying to hide your pit stains!! What should I do? Is this really serious? And by the way, I've bought Dove Clinical Strength deoderant and also the Secret Clinical Strength Sport antipersperant. Plus many more!! No deoderant works! I mean, it might be a few hours after I put deoderant on and I feel sweat dripping down my arms. Please help! And sorry for the length!




Hey girl, two things: reapply and ask about this sweat prob during your next physical. Be sure to dress appropriately for the weather and if you need to, carry your deodorant with you so you have it on hand when things start to get a little hot.

Modmodmodmod mod :o I think i have an anxiety problem.. i bite my nails, my skin, pick my lips and eyelashes, bite the inside of my cheeks, im jumpy and moody. and i cry when i get nervous and i have a like mental breakdown. my parents won't take me to therapy, though. They just think im a whinebag when even my teachers think i have a problem. what do i do?

 

Hey! at your next check up talk to your doctor about it. if you really have a problem, your doctor will be able to explain it to your parents in a way they can understand. good luck!

Please help me! I get these little red dots all over the front of my thighs. They kinda look like little pimples. I have no idea where they came from or how I got them I know its not a rash. Could you find out what they are and how to get rid of them. Thank you!




Hey girl! These dots could be a variety of things. It could simply be an irritation of sorts (like from shaving), and in this case, they will usually go away in a few days. If they are not itchy or sore, it might be petechiae, which are small red spots on the body. The most common cause of petechiae is through physical trauma (hard bout of crying or coughing). It can also occur when excessive pressure is applied to tissue. It should go away in a few days, but if you're extremely worried 'bout it, I would ask the doc.

my hands sweat allllll the time and it's embarssing. They'll either be really sweaty, or really cold. I hate it. And my armpits sweat a lot too. And they smell 5 minutes after I use deoterent. What's wrong? Do I have over-active sweat glands in my armpits AND hands??




Hey girl, it could just be nerves. Might need to try a different deodorant. I don't think your hands are armpits are over reactive, but I don't know all that much about the subject. I would ask your parents see what they think.

Hey girl,

It depends on where the dots are. If they are on the inner thigh, it could be chaffing which is just when your legs rub together and get irritated, so just try to put some creme or baby powder on your legs to soothe them. If they are on the outside, it could be a number of things. If they itch or hurt really bad, you may want to see a doctor. They will know how to help!

hey girl! caffeine does stunt your growth, but most diet drinks dont have caffeine. eating proper meals and drinking milk should help ya grow tall.
