Do you care about global warming? Yes, very much. I want the planet to be alive and well for a long, long time! What are some ways you go green? Have you done anything to help get Mama Earth back on track? My family recycles and composts. We usually have 3-4 recycling bins per week and only one trash can. I use reusable bags when I can. I return cans and bottles (5-10 cents each adds up!) Do you have any green tips for other girls? Do your best! Remember, Mama Earth gives so much to us. We should try to give back. What do you think is the most important thing we need to change? Less of those smoky, air-polluting factories. You know, the ones you always see with tons of gray crud coming out of the valves? I already have made the pledge and bought the songs "Send it On" and "Make a Wave" and seen "Earth" and "Oceans". I ENCOURAGE OTHER PEOPLE TO GIVE BACK TO MOTHER EARTH!

I really hate how people take long showers! All my friends take up to 30 minute showers, and my sister takes about an hour! Or more! Ughh I only take 4-5 minutes!

i was born very close to earth day and i have always really tried to be eco friendly... i think pollution is really sad because the Earth is God's gift to us and we should protect it.

I recycle all of the paper that I am throwing away, try to turn off the lights when I'm leaving the room, and try to take short showers. Do you have any green tips for other girls? Just think of what you are doing and how you can make that so it helps the Earth. Even taking a minute shorter shower can really save water. What do you think is the most important thing we need to change? We need to stop throwing so much stuff away -- recycle or reuse! Also, never litter because it hurts animals too.
