i wish the world was happy and there was never anyone in danger except when theres giant lions eating everyone's heads off. but sadly, the world changed.

who agrees with me when I say I wish the car was never ever invented so there was less pollution.

@kgirlpanda funny i can imagine, some one uses my identity for a passport andmy face is all scrunched up and weird lol. I'd imagine that person would be sent to jail

um im new and dunno how to ask questions like this... i seen MOD alot.. soo.. if anyone can help do you know when the 'creeper' is being a kid? do they type like us just cuz after years of practice on how to be a kid? O_O and there are times when you meet somebody and they're actually who they are but how do you know? i have a friend who made a friend online and he's just who he appears to be, it's really nice. xD but over the summer i made a friend and .. we exchange emails and stuff and he seems really nice but i dunno if it's for real or not. of course i dont tell him anything, he only knows my name but is it still bad to make friends online?

Hey girlie,

Welcome to gl! If you want a moderator to answer your question, type MOD at the top of your post. moderators (like me) read every single post before it goes up on the website, so we will see the MOD and answer your question! You never know who you are talking to on line! While it is definitely possible for someone to be telling the truth online, be on the safe side and never give out personal info! Remember, even if people tell the truth about who they are, everyone acts differently online the only true relationship is in person!

this is actually really important. i guy from crime stoppers came and told us about facebook and online safety. he said never post a picture of anyone on facebook where you aren't smiling or making a goofy face and looking straight at the camera. people will make fake passports and other documents with YOUR name and picture. a local newspaper did and experiment where they were able to find everything about this girl and then call her because of what she put on facebook or a similar site. the internet can be a scary place.

BTW-I like the pic, we should have panic buttons when we feel in danger, but then again people could just press them whenever I guess so that would be bad...

Very true. That hot guy could just be a stalker waiting to whisk you away... we're learning all about this in my tech class.
