Hey chica! Don't worry, lots of girls get blood clots when they have their periods. It's totally normal. If you want to make sure though, I'd make an appointment with the doc Smile

MOD!MOD!MOD! well my grandma and mom said something that it's bad to eat orange, a lot of lemon, and greasy foods. my aunt said u hav to eat foods with iron, like beans and salad. is this true?

 

Hey! Yes, it is. Green veggies are super good for you so it's important to eat them. greasy food is bad for you, but oranges and lemons are healthy.

Hey girl, Yeah, it's totally okay! In fact, I don't know of anything that it's NOT okay to eat during your period! You're totally fine to do the same things you would do if you didn't have it!

I`m 13 and got my period a few months back. today ive had really sore belly aches and its TORTURE! i havent got my period for just over 2 months
is this a sign it may be coming back?

Hey girl, those could be cramps which are a sign that your period is near. Try a heating pad on your stomach, or taking a warm bath to ease the pain. It's probably just cramps, but if those pains don't go away though, and your period's no where in sight then talk to your parents because it could be something else. Good luck!

q 3: howw do i as when my sis and mom got their .?




Hey girl, we try to answer the best we can... yes it is possible to get your period at 10. You will know if you start getting cramps in your stomach region. I don't really understand your third question, but it doesn't really matter when your mom and aunt got their period in relation to you. my mom got hers when she was 14, and I got mine at 11. It differs for everyone. =]
