Ok, so my mom, little sis, little brother,cousin and I want to go to Florida to visit some family over easter weekend. My dad has to stay home and work but he says its ok if we go IF we have somebody to take care of our puppy. Normally i'd have my BFF watch her but she cant beacause her school's spring break was cancelled. My mom REALLY wants to go, and I do too... But the only solution we've come up with is for somebody who wants to go to stay home... I feel like i should stay because i'm the only one who will volunteer number one, and number two i feel like i should let my mom do something she really wants to do since she lets me do stuff i want to do ALL the time. But i'm still said that i don't get to go visit my aunt. Any solutions?

 

That's totally cool of you to volunteer to stay home and take care of the pup.  It's good to know that she'll have someone to watch over her if things don't work out so keep that as a plan B.  But don't give up yet!  Think about the people that you trust.  Do you have a relative close-by, like a cousin?  Are any of your older sibs looking for a job?  Offering a bit of cash really makes people more interested.  And think about the requirements too - does your BFF really have to be there ALL day long?  She could check in before school, then after school, then once before bed?  Just get creative and think of all the people you know - I'm sure you can find someone!
