Once upon a time there lived a popular, smart, cool, beautiful 8th grade girl. She always had the latest fashions, the best frineds, the cutest guys chasing her, and the most top-notch technology. She played Volleyball and Basketball and Soccer and Softball, and she was amazing at each sport. The star of the team. She also always got fantastic grades, and the teachers worrshipped her like they worshipped snow days. She had blues eyes, blond hair, and the perfect body. Little kids looked at her and said "I want to be JUST like her when I get bigger". She got offers from colleges in the eigth grade. She played on the varsity Volleyball team, and she still started (and ended) the games. She had the perfect boyfriend of the perfect age (a year older than her). So, this girl seems perfect. But the thing is, shes not. At all. Sure, she has the perfect grades, perfect athletic ability, perfect wardrobe, perfect looks, perfect boyfriend.But the one thing thats NOT perfect about her is her friends. Sure they're popular, but they're quirky and crazy, and they can love her just the way she is. Without getting jealous or mad at how ''perfect'' she seems. Because really, this girl IS NOT perfect. I could sit here and name all her flaws, but whats the point of that? But the thing about ther is, she has the perfect personality. And THATS what sets her apart from everyone whos so ''perfect''. She is societys image of perfect, and maybe she is. But ONLY once you get to know her. And dont get jealous, or mad, or think ''she gets everything she wants'' because she doesnt. To reach her level of perfection you have to try so hard. And you have to work at it. This girl, is me. EVERYONE is so judgemental and rude about my so called ''perfection'' . But you know what? That just motvates me more, to be societys image of IMPERFECTION!

MOD MOD MOD!! Okay so my bf and I hardly spend anytime together

We have tried to make plans, but they never really seem to work out. His B-Day was yesterday

So I went out and got him a gift (btw im almost 13, and he is 13) Xept there is this girl and she flirst with him and his twin bro alot!! It really bugs me, she is kind of a creeper :/ When he asked me out at homecoming she asked out his bro. He didnt like it at all! So he broke up with her. And now she just flirts with both of them, especially my bf a bunch and I really dont like it. They had a band thing out of town during shcool. And my BFF's told me she was sitting with him and flirting a bunch. My friend Mallory got him a bunch of hats and she took it off and was wearing it and just being a giant flirt. AND she knows we are going out. So Mallory leans over and says his full name (Thats what I call him. Cause the best compliment is your full name) And he looked over and there was this scared and "OH crap" Kind of look on his face. After that (which I found out during 10th Period) I started feeling really isucre about us. Im thinking about typing up a letter and giving it to him with his b-day prez. Oh and BTW loved the "Be an amazing Kisser" article

I liked the amazing places on where to kiss and stuff. And we have had our first kiss. But the only prob is... It was like a second long sooo...

Hey girl! Maybe it would be better to talk 'bout these issues in person. Chances are, your bf doesn't exactly know how you feel 'bout the other girl (but he clearly doesn't like her the way he likes you!). And maybe try to come with ideas on how to spend more time together. Good luck!

MOD MOD MOD! (Lynae.P?) I'm 13 and weigh 135 pounds- and I'm in a six 9. I feel so FAT! I really want to loose 10-20 pounds, but I'm a very picky eater and I can never stick to working out!

Hey chica, weight isn't always the best determination of how healthy you are. It's more about your habits. If you can't stand working out everyday, try adding a little bit of extra movement to your day. Walk around your neighborhood with a friend instead of watching tv after school. And get creative in the kitchen! There are plenty of fun recipes that can be good for you too! There has to be some fruit that you can stand to eat. Or, some grilled chicken or fish. Experiment a little and see what you like. Or, just try cutting out some of the junk that you might eat, one type at a time.
