i have a friend who keeps saying stuff about her like "dork"or "silly",,she is a great person and really smart ,she has another problem she always has a lot of worries about standing in front of teachers at school to speak out her mind ,,,how can i help her ??what shall i tell her ??i want her 2 gain confident




 You could just talk to her about her attitude. Let her know how awesome you think she is and that you want her to believe it too. Maybe have her talk to you about what makes her nervous.
