Ok so, I know this girl who has been a really good friend of mine since preschool. She goes to another school and I don't see her a lot. Recently, shecame over and we both went out with some of my friends. She developed a crush on one of them. At first it was okay because I thought she only wanted to hook up with him. Eventually, she became obsessed and was constantly texting him and chatting him on Facebook. He got really sick of it and has been trying to avoid her and telling her it won't work out. She won't listen and still persists. Unfortunetly, the only way she can see him is if she comes to my house so she is always asking to come over. I feel like she never wants to hang out with me for me and only likes me for my friends. I've tried telling her I'm too busy but she will call my mom begging to come over. I've tried to tell her how much it's bugging both me and the boy but she won't listen. She's gone crazy, cursing me and my friends out when the boy can't hang out, and crying herself sick when he tells her he only wants to be friends. I'm so sick of it all, I wish she would just go away, but her parents are best friends with parents. I can't avoid her and she won't listen to reason. What options do I have left?




Hey girl, you should talk to your parents about this girl. Explain what's going on and that as nice as she is, you don't want her to be a regular part of your life. Make a point to distance her and just remain polite. While it may cause a bit of an obstacle with your parents' relationship with her parents, you shouldn't have to sacrifice your sanity to be used by this chica.

im pretty sure that the reason my friend is depressed is because of her parents so is there any way that i can tell them but they won't make such a fuss over it? I know i'd hate if i was in her situation and my friend told my parents then they started asking a ton of questions
