My friend copies me all the time!

Most of the time, my mom will tell me to take it as a compliment. I don’t see how this is a compliment because it is so aggravating!

I have one friend who get everything I have. I got a nook, she got a nook. I got a hamster she got a hamster.I got a set of small speakers for my zune or nook, she got some too! And I have another friend who copies what I do. I got really interested in art so she started doing art. I love singing and music, she started to too. When ever I get a new hobbie she starts it too. Also we will be playing a game like badmitton which I have been playing for years she says that she is way better and has played it longer which she hasnt. What should I do?

My (former) friend always copies me with everything I do! She even read the Harry Potter series, which I have loved since I was FOUR YEARS OLD, just to annoy me. She told me that too! I've blocked her on Facebook, and I try to ignore her at school, but today she pushed me to the edge. She came to school in the same t-shirt as me and went around telling everyone that I was her best friend. She doesn't seem to have her own personality and just copies everyone! She thinks it's funny to curse and do morally bad things, which I don't approve of, although I pretend to laugh along. What do I do?




Hey chica,

This girl is a bully, plain and simple. But this copying and lying behavior stems from really deep insecurities in her own personality. There's something about herself that makes her feel inadequate or awkward, so she compensates by making jokes, pretending to be other people, cursing, and pushing the limits. I know this sounds like cliche advice, but the best way to stop a girl like this is to ignore her. She wants an audience and she wants a reaction - that's the point of her whole act. So by appearing like you couldn't care less about her and that you're way too busy for her nonsense, you'll make her think twice about whether it's really working the way she wants.

Please Help me!!!
I have this friend who also copies everything I do! I am so fed up with her trying to be with me. She has done this ever since second grade! We are in seventh now. Not only that, but she follows me everywhere I go. It is sooo annoying! It's like I'm her battery. She won't move unless I'm going. Which is super annoying. I've already tried talking to her. It didn't work. I once ended up yelling at her once in elementary school. If I talk to her again she'll take one of our friends and bring her far away as possible and talk about me. Or she'll ignore me for the rest of my life!!!! I just need a really really long break from her. She's just to clingy. I just want to not be friends, I don't want her to hate me forever!!!




Hey girl, I'd suggest gradually setting some distance. Plug yourself in other activities. Surround yourself with other people. Say no to her if she wants to hang during the weekend for once. Set some space and your friendship will gradually fade.

Copying is more of a compliment, your mom is right. Why would you be annoyed of somebody who thinks what you do is great? That is kindaa, how do I say this... retarded. Stop worrying about people copying you, it isn't a bad thing! If nobody copied Elvis, there would be no rock N' roll. If nobody copied people... everything would kinda suck. Don't you think?

my bff does that too. but she's so attached she can't help it. Even if i try things like that. So if you can't change your friend change yourself. Smile do something she does not like at ALL!! yeah theres this girl who is very shy and nice but sometimes its annoying cuz shes always following me and trying to be like me!!! and whenever we do projects in art and stuff if theres a girl next to her that she wants to be like she will completly copy whatever she does!!! i am nice to her and i dont wanna say anything to her because i dont wanna make her cry! my mom says that shes nice and that it shouldnt bother me but it DOES and my mom doesnt even know her and i try to tell her but she just says to be nice to her! ughhh its SOOOOOOOOOO annoying!

omg.. thats whats happening with me and my old neighbor (my non-school bff Tong) last year i liked the color purple. what do u know. she does too. i LUV taylor swift. she does too ALL OF A SUDDEN! ugh! what i've tried to do is trying to get her to like a diff color or diff artist Tong One time i went to the mall with her and he mom.. i liked this shirt and she wanted it so bad she started crying! my best friend does the exact same thing!
she used to just be herself and not care, but when we started high school, she started being like me. and it's pretty bad because she'll say she likes something and i'll say i don't and then she goes "oh yeah, well i guess it's not that good. what do you like?"
i don't know what to do!!
she lies too and i can tell bcuz shes never been into sports or exercise a day of her life and i practically live for exercise, and when the World Cup was on (i am in love with the World Cup!), i was gushing about it you know, and she just went along pretending she had been watching the games. so i tried to test her you know, ask her what her fave team was and she couldn't say (that's how i knew she was lying).
UGH! i'm so frustrated, how can i get her to just be herself w/out hurting her???

My best friend does the same thing is drives me insane. During class sometimes I even see her trying to do her workthe same way!! Such as lay her math book down on her desk the same way or read the same way! And the in Art class she has tomake everything exactly the same otherwise she considers it "bad art"!! But I dont want nto say anything to her because she is the only Best Friend I have at school!

Oh gosh, this problem tortures me as well. When we go to a concert or something will have enough money for ONE shirt, my special shirt for the year until we go back, and guess what?!--she gets the same one EVERY TIME.
It's so annoying, and it's not just that: she copied me with guitar, playing in the school band, art lessons--and they notice that SHE does, but not that I do!! IT makes me feel terrible about myself--especially since her boyfriend told me that I copy her!!
(she always quits, though, when she doesn't get as far as she'd like)
Ohh it is so annoying!
I'm going to high school next year, and I plan on making new friends and joining clubs without telling her.

Hey girlie, tell her that the gossip hurts your feelings and it bothers you when she does that. That might help make things better. If it doesn't don't tell her you don't want to be friends with her, just stop doing the things that you usually do and she'll understand that you can't deal with it.

okayyy so. my best friend seems 2 b perfect at everything! she always makes time 2 make her room organized cute and perfect and she has the best clothes and she also makes time 2 make her hair perfect and she has all the best makeup..! and she can sometimes be mean about for example once my other friend didnt have as many lip gloss colors as her so she was like "we should use mine cuz u have no good colors and urs r kinda crappy and mine are all super cute" and then another issue.. ok so i made the cheer squad for my middle skool... she didnt... and thats one thing that i have beat her at... and it kind of ruins the whole happieness of making the team... pluz she always wants 2 do the cheers and talk about them and its rly awkward for me.. what should i do??? sorry for having so many issues... they seems small but its rly hard for me at times..

Hey! You might be scared but you have to try things to meet people. When I started school I was scared to do things, but i kept making myself go out and try anyway. At first it was super awkward and I hated it, but my persistance paid off and so will yours I promise! Good luck!

I feel so selfconcious all the time. When I look in the mirror all I see is ugly. I feel fat and terrible. So I'm trying to lose weight to see if that will help but my friends aren't very supportive of me. I feel like they bring junk food to my house on purpose because they don't want me to succeed. I want to still hang out with them but I want to lose weight before school starts. Any suggestions? Thanks

Hey babe, I'm sure your friends aren't trying on purpose to make you gain weight.  Just tell them that you're trying to cut down on unhealthy foods so could they please not bring junk food to my house anymore.  Then just try to eat healthy more and exercise a lot.

I need help. My best friend is depressed, and sometimes suicidal. I'm helping her, but the thing is, she's hung up on this guy. She doesn't even really know him, he's not in her grade, and they've never hung out outside of school, as far as I know. They talk on facebook and stuff, but that's about it. But she's OBSESSED with him! It's driving me insane, because she thinks she's completely in love with him, but when I try to talk to her about it she gets all mad at me. I think she mostly only likes his looks, because she looks at his pictures ALL the time. But he's really messing with her, and I've tried to tell her, but she won't listen. This guy is making her want to kill herself!! What do you think I should do?

The only prob is that I'm homeschooled and all my girlfriends live kinda far away, so i can just go over to their house, I have to get my mom to drive me and everything. And one of my best friends is super close to another friend, but I'm not as close to that girl. my friend has been starting to be a real jerk. one day she'll be the best person ever and then the next day shes insulting me and calling me names and just being plain rude! one day when we had to dress nice for a field trip and i thought i did look nice and she said "you know that today we were supposed to look nice?". sometimes she'll get mad at her "friends" for STUPID reasons! she got mad at my best friend for wearing the same shirt as her on picture day and didnt talk to her for weeks! and when she is mad at you she makes your life miserable. sorry this is so long but please help!

 

It sounds like your friend has been really rude recently! Maybe you could spend some more time with your other friends, because it sounds like this one hasn't been very fun to be around. You and your other friends could try to let her know that what she does is bothering you, nicely, and see if she changes how she's acting. Otherwise, don't feel like you need to stay stuck to this friend. She doesn't sound like a good friend if she's so flip-floppy.

No, it's not wrong at all!  When we meet a friend who is really special, we of course want to know her better, hang out a lot, and become close. The difference is when you start to have romantic feelings for girls - which is still totally ok!  This kind of question takes time and lots of personal thought to figure out. Don't base it off of your dreams or fleeting thoughts or anything though - consider your deep, true feelings about guys and girls. And one last thing: don't feel like you have to label yourself!  If you feel like you might be able to go both ways, so what? Just keep that open mind and approach life that way - you'll feel so much freer and prouder when you're who you are!

MOD, I have two questions.
1. I am most likely getting a guitar sometime in August. I can't afford lessons, and I don't know anyone who plays guitar. How am I supposed to learn? I plan on teaching myself though. Do you think the library would have a book on it?
2. Do you have any experience with Ouija boards? Because I really want to know how to use one. And if you've used one before, can you tell me about it, because someone said it's dangerous.




Hey girl, I'm sure you could find a book in the library about it! Try saving up money to take lessons though. I haven't used an Ouija board in a long time, but if you get one it has directions. It's not dangerous at all, some people believe spirits control it, but it's just fun to play and act like they do.

Ok so, there is this girl in my neighborhood, (she's 14 and I'm 12) and we have been friends since I was like 7 (she gave me her old clothes, we went 2 picnics 2gether,ect.) she's rich and has been spoiled her WHOLE life, but I always wanted 2 change her and that's why I was her friend 4 so long. MODDDD PLZ HELP!!!!okay so i have a best friend who used to be very insecure about herself. then my family took her on this HUGE trip in the beginning of summer, and she totally acted up! i mean, she was rude to my parents, never helped to clean up, complained about everything, and didn't even say thank you! i was completely shocked!! Now, she goes around telling everyone how she is such a traveler, yet this was her first time, and she never mentions that WE took her! My friends are annoying me! Especially my bestie. We usually talk over the phone or over facebook, or we arrange plans to hang out. But whenever I REALLY need help on something, she ignores it. Then when i keep on talking about it so that she would just help me for once, she logs off or hangs up the phone. She's acting really rude, along with her little sister. And her sister is only 6, and they are just not nice. :/ Then her friend that tries to be my friend sometimes, COPIES ME. All. The. Time! Hey girl, sometimes you have to compromise unfortunately. What you can do, however, is say that you haven't seen the second one so you'd prefer if you guys saw something else. If she still insists, see it with her and just ask you pick the movie next time.

I used to be a copycat myself. I used to do the same things a friend did. Find out why she copies you. Maybe she admires you, or she's insecure and needs to feel important, and being like you makes her feel like that. I'm pretty sure she doesn't want to annoy you. So talk to her and help her find herself.

hey. 2 years ago I did cross country and I loved it, but last year I had trouble breathing and my ankles were killing me, even though I had special running shoes. I want to try again this year because it's really fun and I don't want stuff like that to hold me back. But 7th graders have to run 2 miles!!! Best thing to do is to start NOW!  The reason why it was hard to breathe and your body was hurting is probably just because you were out of shape.  Even a short break from running can set you back - you have to really keep at it.  So start slow, by running a half mile each day.  Push yourself hard and try not to walk unless you really need to.  When you can do that without stopping, increase it to a whole mile. Incorporate some yoga and stretches to warm up/cool down after your runs and to keep things interesting! Smile

Okay I have a problem. So let's say there are three girls name a b and c. Okay so I am really good friends with a and b but c is a tag-along. C is very immature and can act really wierd and is also annoying not only to me and a and b but to some of my other friends. ok im having this problem with my friends that im pretty sure im blowing way out of proportion but could you help anyway?
so in 6th grade (im going into 8th grade now) i had 3 best friends that we'll call c, e, and h. at the beginning of 7th grade e and h got into a huge fight and haven't talked to each other since then. c and me were neutral and were friends with them both and everything was pretty much fine. towards the end of 7th grade h started annoying me too, just little things annoyed me and now we dont talk to each other. c is still friends with h. e and h had a conversation on facebook and they didn't fight or anything and h accepted e's friend request. so im scared that c, e and h will start hanging out together and talk about me behind my back, even though e and c are my best friends and they wouldn't do that to me. if anyone could help please comment (: (sorry this was so long!)

mod mod mod mod mod. so its my bffs birthday today and for her birthday she wanted her ears pierced again! she got what she wanted and is getting them done tonight. Ive always stated my opinion that i dont like them and think they look somewhat trashy.i guess thats because (we go to a private school) the public school girls have stuff like that and it looks horrible. i know after she gets it done which will be tomorrow becuase she is going somewhere with my family because her mom couldnt take her she will ask me how i like it. would it be rude of me to say i dont want to answer. because personally i dont think its appropriate for a 7th grader (our friend courtney got it for her 13th bday in december and uh it doesnt look good she wears like hoops on both of the holes and i think thats why my bff really really wanted it because courtney had it) or 8th grader (grade we are going into) to get it. I just dont think 13 is an age where you should do that. i also think she wont look as nice with 2 instead of one i think she will look a lot prettier with only 1 in. so, would that be rude of me to not answer. please reply

 

Hey girly! Most of the time I'd say it's better to be honest, but situations like this are always tough. You're totally entitled to your own opinion, as is she. And you guys don't have to like the same things, but you should respect each other's choices. If you want you can tell her how you feel. But, she already had them pierced, and she might feel a little bit offended. You could always say something like "Well, I'm not really a fan of how pierced ears look, but if anyone could pull it off, you could."

Don't sweat it!  I think you're reading into this more than you should.  Obviously, your crush wanted to compliment you and make you feel GOOD, not guilty or worried Smile so accept the compliment and let it make you feel great that someone thinks you're so cool.  As for your BFF, try chatting with her when you're hanging out at the pool or the movies or whatever.  Just be casual and tell her you were talking to your ex, when he made a comment about her feeling jealous.  Let her know you see no reason for her to be jealous but you just wanted to make sure things between you were good, because you love her as a friend and wouldn't want there to be anything weird going on!

My best friend and I have grown apart alot lately, Im really to mature for her, she no other friends besides me. Its not bad or anything but heres the problem. She is overly clingy to me. Shes obsessed with me, she lies to people so she is the same is me. Also, if I can have someone over, or go to someones house and I don't choose to go to hers, she flips out and makes a big deal saying she can make more friends and ditch me like i do to her, when I dont even make plans with her! Im really questioning our friendship! what do I do!?!?!?!?!?!




You have to be careful, because it sounds like she can be a good friend, but you also don't want her tagging along with you everywhere you go.  So next time she gets upset when you don't want to go over to her house, explain to her that you have a bunch of different friends, and that you have already spent enough time with her.  Also, maybe take a rain check, so she doesn't feel totally left out- like "maybe next weekend?" You won't have to follow through with it, but it will give your friend hope that you actually want to hang out with again soon!

MOD MOD MOD MOD MOD ok so me and my friend hayley have known each other sense kindergarden and we r heading into the 8th grade now. from 6th grade and 7th grade she is determined to make me feel horrible and make me feel less then her so she trys to make me jealous . like i got a new pair of golf clubs and lessons here she gets them and they say she is a "natural" but her mom is paying the dude and he isnt the best. i had the best the guy i had was like tiger woods hitting in 50s and 60s on an avrege 80 corse. ok so back to my point she always wants to have more ive had my fone sense sept 09 she got hurs april of 10 . she go the IDENTICAL fone and she started becomeing so bratty i finally tossed her battery for a day just to get hur to pay attention. if i have a small party wit my friends she goes and invites all her friends but not me. then she is boy crazy cheating on the most awesome guys i just feel like dropping my friendship wit her now how should i deal wit her w/o ruining my mom and her moms relationship as well

 

Hey! Just talk to her. Tell her how you feel without being mean. If she doesn't change, just start hanging out with other people. You can also talk to your mom about it. I bet she'd understand. Good luck!

MODOD MOD MOD MDO All me friends keep saying I'm mean. Its really worrying me because I dont think Im mean. I dont make fun of people, I dont shove them into lockers, I dont pull down there pants in the middle of gym class (although I do daydream about doing those things sometimes). The only people I tease are the people who are closest to me-- my best friends. And they know that I'm just teasing them. But everyone I have asked told me that I'm mean. Im really confused and what should I do??

 

Hey! Sometimes teasing can come off as mean even if you know you're just kidding. Teasing is only ok if you're laughing with your friends and not at them. Just try laying off the teasing and I bet people will notice the difference. Good luck!

Ooh, I'm loving that idea!  For powers... you might think about what you wish you could do, but can't, either a physical thing or a mental one.  Or switch things up - instead of seeing the future, maybe do something with the past.  As for names, you could include names of people you know.  And if you really get stuck, do a search for baby names websites and starting clicking through!

Ooh, that sounds really cool!  There are lots of vampire stories out there, so maybe you could think about what would make yours unique.  What is unique about your vampires, what can they do differently, or what situation are they in?  You could even start by imagining what you and your friends' lives would be like if you were vampires!

mod- so my bf and i have been dating for a month secretly, but now we want to tell our parents. i don't talk boys with my mom and I've never had a boyfriend, so I'm nervous about telling her. i was thinking about telling her while i'm driving to go to the store tomorrow. I'm glad you're getting ready to tell your parents - it's important to share that kind of stuff with them.  I think it would be fine to tell her then.  Just tell her that there's this guy you've been going out with for a whlie.  I'm sure it will be easy to get a convo going from there!  And you're right, she probably will tell your fam.  But really, it will be so much better when you don't have to keep it secret anymore.

UGH, my younger sister (9 yrs old) is being SUCH a brat. It seems like things always have to go her way. She's only 9 and she got invited by her crush to go to a movie night from 9PM-2AM, she has a bajillion friends and guys like her, she calls herself beautiful and is really stuck-up because of all that. I will admit I'm jealous of all her talents but I think it's getting to her head. She clings to our babysitter and I don't like our babysitter because my babysitter ALWAYS sides with my sister about everything it feels like. It's so hard to 'rise above it' or whatever like IK i should because she makes me SO mad, and our babysitter doesn't help! I'm extremely sensitive and sometimes my sister pushes me over the edge and I burst out crying or get really mad and she makes comments about how i have anger issues or i don't need to cry, when she sucks @ handling things, too. I'm a few years older than her. I HATE HER AND MY BABYSITTER RIGHT NOW. What can/should I do?

 

Maybe you could talk to your babysitter about why she sides with
your sister, and you could also talk to your sister about how it can be
a little annoying if she's only thinking about herself. As long as
you're nice about everything, hopefully they will understand. I think
it would be easier to talk to your babysitter about the problem and
then maybe she could talk to your sister, since your sister might
idolize your babysitter and listen to what she has to say more than she
might listen to you about something like that. Also, keep up your own
self confidence and without being braggy, you can think about all the
talents you have and how pretty you are too!

MOD MOD MOD. Hey I have a friend that doesn't seem to think for herself. Like when she comes over to my house for a sleepover. We will have fun and stuff but then she says she's thirsty. So we go to the garage to look for something to drink. She might say, "What are you having?" and I say, "I dont know, I'm not thirsty." And then she will say something like "Oh then I'm not gonna get anything to drink if your not getting anything to drink." It's really annoying because I dont want to be the reason to why she doesnt get what she wants. And like in the article by Kristen Y. says to make her decide what she wants before I get something. I have tried that and she insists that I choose something first (in the article the example was ice cream) What can I do to make her think for herself? Thanks!! Smile

 

Since you've already tried getting her to pick something first, maybe you could just let her know that she can pick sometimes too, and you don't always like choosing for both of you. Of course you want to be nice and polite about it, but you might be able to say that sometimes you'll pick things and sometimes she can. Good luck!

My friend, Callie, and I are drifting a part! It all started when we met this new girl, Sydney. We all became really close and then me and Callie started discussing about not being her friend anymore after she jumped on us multiple times and physically hurt us. Callie told Sydney that we weren't her friend any longer. I was left standing there like an idiot, and it felt wrong to shut her out of our lives just like that. After that day, Sydney started to avoid us and all that. I felt really bad about it but Callie remained strong about the idea. So one day, I told Sydney in secret that I would still be her friend but that we had to keep it a secret from Callie. Sydney ended up blowing our cover and Callie found out about our pact and blew up all over me, saying I'd lied and kept a secret from her, which I had, and I felt bad again. We all became friends again but Sydney and I got waaay close and Callie and I started drifting our separte ways on the ocean of friendship. I call her occasionally, but I can feel the tension and awkwardness between us. I's hate for us to not be friends because she has this BFF that's my BFF named Leanne and Callie will tell Leanne to not talk to me and keep away from me. It hurts me. One day, after walking back from Art, I was walking beside Leanne, with Callie on the opposite side. I caught a glance of Callie whispering something in her ear and I knew exactly what she said, so I sped up and went to my next class, which I shared with Leanne. When Leanne came in, I said "She told you to not talk to me, didn't she?" And Leanne goes, "YES! She did!" And I went, "I knew it, that's why and I left you guys." So the next day I confronted her about it, and Callie claimed she didn't remember anything of the sorts. I don't want us to not be friends, but I'm starting to wonder if maybe I should try to be her friend at all. HELP!

 

Please just post your comment once, chica.  In my opinion, Callie seems like bad news.  She seems really catty and a friend like that will just keep causing drama and fights.  I know it might be hard to take since she was such a good friend, but if she's changed and for the worse, it's not worth it to try to get closer to  her again.

Well theres this guy. And when school first started last year I liked him right away! And I basically let him know. During homecoming I was the girl he let wear his football jersey. I never really knew if he liked me or not. Although he would look at me often.Around Christmas time he let me know that he liked me and thought I was super pretty. Then I told how much i liked him and asked if he thought we could ever be together. He said lets wait? Well, later on he got with this one girl, (ugghh.. not his type!) Well, I was confused how could you freakin get with her when you supposedly like me. The he broke up with her ( He's not really a player, or so I think..) Rigth away he wrote me on Myspace saying how much I have gotten sooooo beautiful and am super cool and funny. That made me sooo happy! I once again asked when we could be together. He said lets wait until next year ( sophmore year). Wierd how he keeps putting me off. So im like okay! But then he gets this little 8th grader girl on the last week of school. That made me sooo mad! And i let him know i was upset.. Hes like well we still have next year this was after they broke up. And I'm like "no i've changed my mind and we can be friends. But I don't think I wanna be your gf and date you anymore." Just cuz I don't wanna deal with all of that. He moved this summer to cali. I was so sad ( cuz no matter what i hear about him and no matter what he does, i still like him. I mean im not in love, but i REALLY like him..) But I talk to him some this summer on facebook. And he said hes probably gonna come back and go to school here. I told him I'm excited. But now I'm thinking about how much I do wanna be with him this school year! Do you think i should tell him I wanna be with him or no i don't, cuz I've learned my lesson? I like him soooo much! Oh and he knows that I have ALOT of guys that like me and its not like im not popular or anything, cuz I'm like everyones friend. My mom says he thinks im to good for him? But Idk.. Advice!?! Sorry, girlie, but he DEFINITELY sounds like a player.  I would start of next year just being friends.  If you notice that he's not dating as many girls or going through them so quickly, maybe he's changed and will commit to you.  But he seems to break up with girls pretty fast, and you don't want that happening to you, too.

What color eyeliner compliments dark brown eyes?
Does brown look bad because it doesn't contrast?
Is black too much?
Does white or silver look totally wrong?

hey girl! Dark brown looks great with dark brown eyes! Smile You could try a dark deep violet color to spice it up! I would stick with darker shades, and if you're really interested in white, just dab a little on the inner corners.

My bff is supposed to be spending the nite at my house for my bday ( Friday! turning 13 Laughing ) and we're doing a Spa Night. I have foot scrub and all foot stuff, avocado and walnut face mask, nail polish, movies, popcorn, soda. We're also sleeping in my tent that night. Is there anything else we could do regarding either things? Thank you so much!




Hey girl! That sounds awesome! You could add some luxury to your mani/pedi and fill a bucket with warm water, so you can have a foot soak first! Try putting on chick flicks, or listening to your favorite music.  It sounds like you have pretty much everything covered!!!

Hey babe, depending on your height, weight, age, and metabolism it could be too few.  Did you feel satisfied or were you finding yourself light headed or tired? Eat consistently throughout the day so your blood sugar level doesn't drop and you'll have energy for volleyball!

this year i'm going into high school and its a bigger school. my parents said (hearing from my sister) that there's probably going to be like 700 kids in my grade alone. last year i was only in a public school where there was only around 100 kids in my grade. plus it's a really huge school but finding my classes will probly be easy. i just need to know how i'm going to be able to make friends

ok so me and my bff were supposed to hang out today, and then she got this idea to toiletpaper and egg peoples houses. i was unsure of doing that, but then she wanted me to drive her and sum of our friends around like 30 mins away to places to toiletpaper. I can't drive anyone legally, and with all the cops out i don't want to risk it. So I said no but she kept assuming i would drive them. Then i finally told her something came up and I can't hang out anymore. I felt bad and cried. I know I did the right thing but I feel bad, and I know I shouldn't. Help me please!!




Hey girl! YOU are so strong. You definitely made the right decision. You should be proud of yourself, I think you were really brave to put your foot down and say no.  It may make you feel better to think of it this way- she was just using you for a ride...you shouldn't feel bad saying no. It's your car and you're following the law because driving is a big responsibility.  You're amazingly brave to stand up to a friend like that.

i broke my phone the other day and i told my mom but my dad doesn't know... and i would like to keep it that way but my sister keeps blackmailing me that if i don't do something for her that she's going to tell him!!!! i don't want to tell my mom because then my mom will make me tell my dad anyways but my sister keeps blackmailing me and it's pissing me off because i can't do anything about it! if i yell at her about it or something she's going to tell him and her friend spent the night and will be spending most of the day here so im really screwed!! what should i do??
