I really like a nerd right now.. he asked me out a few months ago. But I said no because i didn't know him that well then like a month later I start to like him but I don't know how to tell him though. He makes me laugh A LOT and he's really nice too

Hey girly! Although it may seem scary, calling this guy will be no big deal, I promise. Just pretend that you're calling any other friend, and act calm and casual about it. You could lead in my saying that you were hoping that you could get together for tutoring on Tuesday, if that works for him. After mentioning about Tuesday, ask him for his e-mail addy, in case something comes up and you have to change plans

MOD Ok, there's this guy that I started liking last year. But, before I could ask him out, my friend asked him out. I was okay with it because she didn't know that I liked him. They went out for a while and broke up a couple of weeks ago. I really want to go out with him, but I don't want to wreck my friendship. I think he likes me though because he remembered my birthday and my friends. Any advice?

Hey chica! I would talk to your friend first and let her know how you liked him before, and still like him. Make sure you let her know that you don't want to hurt her, but you really have liked him for awhile...

nothing seems to be going right for me with guys this year!! last year was pretty good but this year is horrible! my bff has an awesome bf and im really jealous (not of the guy, of the fact that everything is going so well). one of my bgfs really likes me but i dont like him like that and i had to turn him down, but i feel really guilty because he keeps bringing it up but in a joking way. and the guy that i really really like was deciding between me and my friend and he went out with my friend for 4 hours and then they broke up and he says he doesnt wanna give dating another chance at all this year, but i think that if he could just start to see me as more than a friend or a possible gf, things could change because thats the type of guy he is. how can i get over my jealousy, stop feeling guilty about my bgf, and get this guy that i like to possibly consider me as a gf??

Hey girlie, remember that there's nothing you can do to change these situations. Start being flirty with this guy to help him see you as a gf and not just a friend. Give him a little bit of time to warm up to the idea.
