I have a short temper, and OCD. I need an outlet so I don't freak out on my family, because that isn't fair to make them deal with me when I'm like that. Please help?!




I think you should do something with your hands. Do you have any interests in any crafts? Maybe you can make friendship bracelets. The detail fo the bracelet would keep you occupied and help calm you. Good luck! xoxo kerra

My ex was in the hospital before and a little into school and he (let's call him cameron ) was throwing up blood and they had to take him to a more advanced hospital and when he got back he said he missed me broke up with me and started dating my BFF

CHICA-CHICA-bang-bangSmileMy best friend had a tumor a little while ago. it formed in her mouth and she had to get a hole cut in it. The doctors said it wasn't a cancer tumor at first-but a little after that she had a catscan and the test results came back as cancer.The only good thing about it was that it was not a killing cancer.She went back to the doctors and they thought they had the tumor out of her mouth but it actually moved into her nose.So,for awhile she had water and liquidy stuff coming out of her nose.everyone made fun of her but she just didn't listen.now the tumor and everything is gone-i think-and she is doing fine.She still has nose episodes sometimes but other than that she is okay.i miss her though because i moved to independence and she is in clinton.Frown

ohmygod! that must have been awful! ENTERTAIN your friend, SUPPORT her, and KEEP HER UPDATED on stuff so she doesn't feel left out. she's alive, and hopefully doing better. support and let her know that she is not going to have to go through this alone.

mod 5 weeks agp my friend took her own life. im having a really hard time with it and i have no idea what to do. my friend was like a sister. i miss her so much and i dont know what to do becuase im her moms replacement daughter right now, and i dont know what to do to help her. ive been calling her everyday, but right after the call ends, i cry because it makes me think of my friend and all the times we cant have and the memories we can never share again. do you have any idea what i can do to not feel so miserable and quiet all of the time? i know time helps, but it doesent feel right to be happy without her.

 

 

Hey chica, I'm so sorry that you have to go through this! I promise you, you will begin to feel better. My mom passed away almost a year ago, and the first few months, I felt like a zombie... like I was just going through the motions of life. But, if you surround yourself with people who love you, then you'll begin to heal. Also, at first I didn't want to feel happy ever. It was like I felt guilty. I felt like I needed to be sad all the time, so prove how much I missed my mom. But, that's not healthy. It's ok to laugh and smile, and move on with your life. You'll never forget your friend, and the pain of losing her will never go away. But, you won't think about it every second of every day like you are now. Eventually, you'll be able to think back and smile at your time with her, rather than feeling sad.

Hey girl, you can definitely be hooked on a specific tune. I know for me I'll have a fave song for a while I'll listen to over and over until I find a new, fresh one I like even more.
