MOD- (Continuing..) When my parents were leaving the store this guy ran up to them and said, "STEPHANIE ____, YOU'VE BEEN SERVED!" And threw the papers at her and ran away. Then she chased after my dad who was already getting in the car and she was trying to talk to him about why he would do something like that. His door was open and he was sitting in the drivers seat, and he started to back up the car with her still standing between the door and the car! She kind of fell into the car a bit and he slammed on the brakes pushed her out of the car and into the car parked next to him, and then tried to push the door around her and took off. He could've maimed my mother. He's horrible! Then, after my mom told me the story I texted him, "I hate you." and he sent me a message telling me he loved me a lot and that he was guessing I sent him the text because I only knew my mom's half of the story. Later on I read the subpoena and he got my brother's and my birth years wrong. TBC (One more post)

MOD- (Continuing from last post, thanks for your help!). He's telling my mom that she has to find the money for an attorney herself. So for a while she was avoiding being served papers because she would then only have 20days to find the money and come up with an attorney, and he's been planning with an attorney since November. Well, my dad decided to go to Iraq for a month to do intel. work, and he just got back yesterday. He called my mom when he got back and said he needed access to our wireless account because he left his Iphone in Dubai. (And by the way, we've had our phones for 3 years and their cheapy phones and he just goes out and buys himself an Iphone with this SUPER expensive plan when I've been asking my parents to CONSIDER a $100 phone for me for the past year and a half). My mom told him she didn't feel comfy letting him have access, but she said she'd meet him at he store to help him get a "temporary" phone that he wanted. TBC
