hey for girls that don't know when they R getting their period... it usually comes about a year after your boobs start to develop. also, ask your mom or older sister when they got their cuz a lot of the time it is similar and runs in a family. whenever it comes, i'm sure you'll B prepared!

Ok so I'm a good weight for my age and height. But being in the entertainment industry, they require a certain physique I've already lost a total of 15 pounds and only 5 more to go to my goal. However now that I am smaller, and the acting jobs are applying more stress and pressure to lose the last 5 pounds...I cant seem to lose it! I work out, I eat mostly salad and tuna, and I drink a lot of water WHY CANT I LOSE IT?

I get really bad discharge. I've heard that it's a form of PMS but it goes on continuously except when I'm on my period. I have to wear pantiliners everyday and it's getting on my nerves. I have had this for about three years, but it has just gotten so frequent and heavy in the past few months. I've also heard that this could be a sign of yeast infection. I don't have a doctor (should I have one?) and I don't know if I should go to a doctor and let him or her come to a conclusion or if you can buy medicine to treat it over the counter? Thank you soooo much!
