MOD MOD MOD MOD MOD Okay so I am 14, 5'6 and I weigh 114 pounds. Everyone tells me that I am average, even slender. But I have a fear of gaining weight and I feel guilty whenever I eat more that a few bites of anything. I was 117 pounds last week, and now I am 114. I also FEEL fat a lot of the time, and I try not to look in mirrors because I'm scared I'll be fat. Do I have an eating disorder?

Hey girlie- you should check with your mom or a doctor for this issue. Ask your doctor what the typical weight is for your height. As far as the eating disorder- that's another one for your doctor. But, if you feel fat and don't want to eat more than a few bites of anything, it might not be so healthy. Talk to your mom!
