Last year we had little spotlights shining in our tree at little home-made bats. We had a blow up witch hanging behind a column in front of our house. I also had a little pressure activated mat in front of my door and when you step on it, it screams. We also replaced thee lights outside for spooky orange and black ones!

I like decorating and all, but everybody knows it's fake and not scary, unless it's something that's motion activated and jumps out at you.
