Hi I'm overweight but not too much and I have a tip for you people out there trying to lose weight i did 30 laps in a small pool and lost about an inch and advice for me to lose the other 2?

Another fun ab work out is Hoola Hooping on Wii Fit, or just the old school way. It's a lot of fun to try and beat your previous records and I can really feel my abs working!
