Another fun ab work out is Hoola Hooping on Wii Fit, or just the old school way. It's a lot of fun to try and beat your previous records and I can really feel my abs working!

Ok my stomach had some stomach fat on it and so starting on Tuesday, I did 200 situps a day (not all at once) and its getting wayy better!

Hey so we're having money problems and my mom can't really spend the extra money on healthier food, so I was wondering if there's really cheap health food, and if I can get in shape with out really changing my diet that consists mostly of crackers (ritz, saltines) bread, Cup O' Noodles and deli ham.

well i dont think this works becuase i never sweat im 12 and 5,1 and i weigh 130 and that over weight and i am fatter than my sister and i have thunder size
