If I work with these moves to get flat abs, what other exercise will also help me burn that small flab I have?

 

You could also do crunches and work on cardio exercises like jogging or walking.

im confused on how to do the vertical leg crunch? how do u cross your knees...do u just cross your whole leg? and then what?
canu just explain it a little further for me? thanks!!

 

I'm not exactly sure about the knees, but I don't really think it's possible to cross your knees, so you are probably supposed to cross your ankles with your knees touching. While laying on the floor, you're supposed to lift up your shoulder blades while "flexing" the muscle in your abs so that you can work them more.

These moves sound great, but if you just do moves that flatten your stomach, all that will happen is you will gain muscle underneath the fat already there.
