Hey chica! "Diets" aren't good for you anyway. You just have to eat better, and get some more exercise. Try cutting out soda and junkfood, and replacing it with flavored waters, green tea, regular water, fruits, and granola bars. You'll feel way better too, once you start eating well. As for exercise, it doesn't have to be boring and grueling! Jump rope with a friend, play a sport, walk your dog around the neighborhood. Do a fun DVD, like salsa dancing. And, check out out our Health and Fitness section for more ideas on both eating and exercise! Smile
