Okay, I swear, I HATE my BFF's mom. She is just so rude. She gets mad so easily and had really bad mood swings. My mom is kinda friends with her but mainly cuz me and kylie are friends. also her mom just cancels on things even if we have them planned for awhile. and if i say something like :what time will you pick me up" (like i text my friend) her mom will be like "WHAT DOES IT MATTER???" and a few times i've gotten mad at my friend because they completely just change the plans right before it was supposed to happen and her moms all like :i hope aly wont be mad and kylie" and its like what the heck of course i will because u guys are sometimes completley rude and risrespectful ad stuff. gosh to tell you the truth i dont even want to be kylie's friend any more. its not really kylie's fault, it's her mom's, but kylie lies and acts like its no big deal. and gosh her mom bugs me so much

Hey girl. It sounds like an icky sitch. I agree that it isn't really Kylie's fault, but the fact that she sees nothing wrong with flaking on plans at the last moment is a problem. Maybe your moms could talk about it?

Hey yeah so i was just wondering if anyone knew how to trim those love handles. i like my stomach and i think its pretty flat but these love handles are annnnnoooooyyyyiiinggg.
Thanks someone plllzzzzzz respond soon.
wow thats embarrasing Smile

Hey girlie,

The best way to tackle "problem areas" (or so we think - usually no one else notices them as much as we do!) is a mix of a healthy diet and cardio workouts. Try going for a brisk walk or bike ride for 60 minutes each day - or, if you think you can manage a run for 30-60 minutes, go for it! Even a game of basketball or soccer will do the trick. Pair that with smart food choices - veggies, proteins, grains. And nix the junk food whenever possible. It's better for you...and will definitely make you feel better about yourself!

I really want a Cell Phone or The New IPod Touch.
I'm really not sure which one to get.
They both have there advantages and disadvantages.

The problem with the Cell Phone is that I have to pay monthly (with my own money) and that would be alot to pay for over the years.

The problem with the Ipod is that, well it is expensive to start out with, and If i wanted to text i have to be in a place with WiFi. and apparently the Ipod touch really sucks. ( I also don't have an Ipod so i wanted to get one, but I'm still not sure!)

Anyone have any ideas?
Please post them on my profile!! Thanks!. Smile

if you can't "feel the burn" of feel your muscles being worked does that mean that they aren't and it's a bad workout?

It either means that you aren't working them hard enough or that you've been working out enough that you're used to it Smile

Hey girly! You can always get a workout DVD and do it at home. Get a fun one at Target, Walmart or anywhere else that sells DVDs Smile

Always hungry even after a snack? Something high in protein can help fill you up. Try celery with peanut butter topped with almonds or raisins.
You just remembered there is a book report due in a week. What are you thinking?
