Hey! I'm kinda confused... In this article, it said that shaving would result in hair growing back faster and thicker, but in a later article on this website, it says that it really doesn't. Which one is it?

@ SoftBallBeauty: I have ADD and it is similar to ADHD but doesn't have the "H" factor. I know how it feels to have thoses issues. I told all my dance friends and they said that it wasn't an issue. So don't worry about it. Though there are some people who just don't get that this is a real disorder-not just all in your head.

Hey, theres no need to worry about your ADHD. start the year off fresh and tell you best of friends, if they dont like you or avoid you, then they were really not your buds! one of my BFFS has ADHD and her boyfriend broke up with her once just because she has ADHD, when she told me that i really wanted to slap him for that!
But just remeber that you true friends and guys that are nice wont care if you have ADHD, you still a normal person

hey mmc53411! tell you mom your problem and maybe she will let you shave!Or tell her to watch you shave your legs and prove you won't cut yourself.I ould also suggest Nair a lotion that takes away the hair so you won't have to worry about cutting yourself.I have used Nair and it works as long as your are not allgeric to the product. If you convince your mom to let you use lotion you should go to your local pharmcy and ask what they think is best lotion for your age or do some research on some prouducts. You can also use a razor that has special blades to reduce the risk of cutting yourself.Hope this helps!

I have ADHD and Im a little scared the kids in my class will make fun of me if they figure it out. I just found out a few months ago. I am on meds but my ADHD is still slightly noticable. If they find out, what do i do?
Please, if you have an answer please comment it on my profile. Thanx

I am 12 and am not able 2 shave my legs yet. My mom thinks I will cut myself. When I have to change for P.E. all of the girls look at my legs and say that I need to shave. It makes me feel left out.
