Put down the Ben and Jerry's and read this post! It will tell ya the best ways to get over a guy, but the most important thing is to keep busy with things that make you happy and healthy. Sometimes when we get BFs we forget about the things we used to love doing. Spend time doing things that make you smile!

MOD!!! HELP! Im 12, am 4' 10" and weigh 90 lbs. I have alot of belly fat and feel really insecure about my body. What are some workouts that I can try to lose all my fat? I've tried eating all healthy, but I always get pulled back into unhealthy foods.

MOD!!! I'm 12, 5'5 and I weigh 150 pounds. I know I am overweight, but I keep getting taller and everyone says I look skinnier, though I have only gained weight. Excercise gives me more muscle and makes me GAIN weight. What can I do?


Hey girl, As long as you're eating a variety of healthy foods and getting some physical activity, that's what matters.  You could also talk to your doc to make sure everything is a-okay.  Our bodies change a lot as we grow, and gaining weight is a normal part of that.  Try to remember what makes you beautiful, and take good care of yourself!

Hey girl. I'm sure you are not fat. If you are feeling unhealthy, talk to your doctor about your weight and they can tell you if you are healthy or not. Also try to create a workout plan to keep you toned. Working out gives you endorphins and endorphins make you happy! This will boost your self-confidence and leave you feeling great : )

hey how are you? i feel that mods are very unappreciated. hmmm... well anyway, i want to start working out on a regular basis, but whenever i try, i quit after a few days. what are some ways to get me to stay on track more? thank you

Hey girlie. I'm good! That is so sweet of you to ask. As for working out, try creating a goal for yourself such as "run a mile in 8 minutes." Then work everyday to achieve that goal. Also, make a good playlist so when you workout you will also be entertaining yourself and not thinking about being tired or sore. Working out with a buddy can help, too! Find a friend who is really motivated and then ask her to workout with you and make you go to the gym even even you are tired! When I hit the gym or go for a run when I feel like taking a nap, within just a few minutes, I feel wide awake! You try it.

Hey girl, I'm alright. A little tired! It's almost midnight here. As for your Q, it's totally normal. You're fine and healthy. Know that everyone is a bit insecure about their bod sometimes. You're not alone. Embrace the imperfections because they're what make you you and beautiful.

Mod! I'm no flexible at all! I have never been able to even touch my toes. And about once a month my back gets really achey. What can I do? How often should I stretch and how can I get myself to stretch more?

Hey girl, First off, it's really important to talk to your doc before you start any kind of weight loss plan.  It's okay to have a little junk food now and then, but if you find yourself overdoing it, try to move on to another activity to keep your mind busy.  And keep your house stocked with healthy treats, too!
