OMG, I just started doing yoga, and I love it! I did it today, yesterday, and the day before for about 50 minutes. I'm hooked! It's so much fun! I've got to send this to my mom. LOL.

chipotle is my favorite restaurant, but i know it's unhealthy. my doctor said i need to lose 60 pounds. any tips on how to lose weight and how to eat less chipotle (i eat it a few times a week)

Hey girlie,

All you need is an alternative! Chipotle is ok once in a while, but multiple times a week will definitely catch up with you. Try replacing your Chipotle burrito cravings with a healthy recipe like this one. You'll start to realize that you can still get great taste by using less fatty/unhealthy ingredients! (Here's another recipe idea for a breakfast burrito that you can use too.) Revamping your diet a lil bit, plus at least 60 minutes of physical activity every day (like a brisk walk or kickboxing) will help you reach your goal!

ha ha! this rocks! I think I might just splurge on all of this stuff for me! >D YOU GUYS ROCK!!! Surprisingly Wii does have some rocking yoga moves for people to do. You can do them with or without the balance board. The easiest one I know is the tree pose. well actually the warrior pose.

Okay soo i have this weird think that if i work out hard enough to loose alot of calories for at least 3 days for the rest of the.. week or month ill look alot skinnier but if i have alot of junk i gain wait in a snap, so im kinda thankful for that and im not because our first dance is THIS friday and i really wanna get fit and eat right, before the dance so ill look better its just i dont have enough motivation and umm... i need tips for
1. exercise tips
3. good foods
and also 4. how to bopst your metabolism

Hey girl,

I know you're just thinking about your dance, but the best way to get healthy and get fit is to do it consistently, not just for a few days! Make sure you eat 3 balanced meals every day with plenty of protein, veggies, fruits, grain, etc. Every other day, you should jog, swim, kickbox or bicycle - something to add a cardio aspect to your workout. This boosts your metabolism and also keeps your heart healthy, so it's a win-win! On the days in between, you can do toning exercises like yoga or weight-lifting to build muscle and stay strong.
