Does girls life have like a scheduled workout b/c i never know when/how long i should do all the exercises? thanksssss




Hey girlie,

We don't have scheduled workouts, but we normally do indicate how long you should do each exercise and/or how many repetitions should be done! Try mapping out a workout schedule based on your other responsibilities (school, club meetings, etc.) and seeing how long a normal repetition takes you. Ya gotta customize that workout routine so it works for YOU! <3

Hey chica! Incorporating grapefruits, or grapefruit juice, into your diet is definately good for weight loss. However, you can't lose weight by just doing that alone. You have to eat right and get some exercise.

I'll try it im not nessicarily sure that will work though. i 've found with a lot of people, they want more of it.

It helped me, now every time I want to dig into that delicious bowl of ice cream and what ever unhealthy thing I want to eat I do this. It really works for me!!!Smile

I am the largest child in my family, but I play the most sports and I am the second pickyist person in my family. I don't even eat that much at school for lunch. I don't understand why I am as big as I am. Is it possible that it is a medical problem?

I have a bad habbit. I tend to eat when I'm bored. I'm skinny, and I excersize, so I'm not concerned about gaining weight or anything, but I'm concerned about my health. Sometimes I eat a snack when I don't even think about it. Does anyone know any way to get over this bad habbit?

I eat as much as my brothers do and i know this is really irrelevant but i have hives and i already have medication for it but my mom thinks its for my eating habits. i also have a really fast metabolism and like im really skinny and i don't like it. i can i maintain a healthy weight thats not underweight and feel healthy with it? and also i love healthy food and working out. Smile)) please and thank you!!!!!!!!!!!

 

Hey girl, As long as you are eating healthy and enough, it should be okay.  But if you're concerned, definitely talk it over with your doc.  They can let you know for sure what's right for you.  xoxo
