Same here! Once I tried, I got half of it in, but there rest wouldn't budge. When I tried pulling it out, it hurt so much, I almost cried!

Hey its ok! I have had my period for two years now! I just started using tampons about 7 months ago! I will never go back to using pads. I put a pad on even if im wearing a tampon cause it might leak. You need to find a comfortable position and then insert it. And if you wear a tampon you dont have to worry about if your going to leak.

Don't worry I first got my period in February of 7th grade. I never figured out to use a tampon untill like September of this year...my sophmore year of highschool.
