how do I keep my stomach the same? Like ill work out and look better, then all the sudden I'm back to where I started. And I want to wear a bikini etc this summer


Hey! well, first of all, you can wear a bikini any time, and still look great in your own skin Smile Working out shouldn't be about looking good, it should be about feeling good and staying healthy. I'm sure the routine you do now is great, and if you just stick to it every day, I'm sure you'll see the results you want anyway. good luck girl!

Mod!!! Hey. Sorry its late but even though i have to get up really early tomorrow morning, i still oromived myself that i would be healthier and stronger and leaner and get more fit starting tomorrow because it is a new month. I want to tone up by june, and this means that i have exactly two months. I know that you always say that i shouldnt have a date that i need to loose weight by, but the truth is, i cant help it. I want to look good in a bikini his summer(two months) and i just need to know how to stick with my goal. Do u have any tips for me? Thanks !!

It's true you shouldn't pressure yourself to get skinny by a certain date, but it does always help to have a goal - so we understand where you're coming from! Smile To stick to your goal, there are a couple things we suggest. The first is to always choose workouts that are FUN for you. If you dread working out, you'll skip out on more sessions. But if you love your exercises and they make you happy, it'll be easier to do them each day! Obviously you have to make changes to your diet and cut out lots of tasty but bad-for-you foods, but don't deprive yourself. If you think "I'd like a cookie...", it'll only make you crave it more to totally deny yourself. Instead, have ONE cookie. That way, your sweet tooth is satisfied but you didn't let yourself go overboard. Lastly, try getting a day planner to help you schedule all your workouts, meals, and even write down motivational quotes. Those always help me stick to my plan! Smile

Okay I'm 5'9" and weigh 151. And I look good because I swim play water polo soccer basketball and am on the diving team

Here's the thing it drives me crazy when girls who are 120lbs are crazy about loosing weight it's generally all muscle

So how much you weigh doesn't matter it's how you look

MODMODMOD!!!!!!! On average how long does it take to do the splits if you stretch every day and started from almost no flexibility? Is there an average, or is there just luck?



Hey girly! I would say that it's different for everyone, depending on your natural flexibility. If you work at it for a few weeks, than you'll keep getting closer Smile

hey hey hey! there's always a good solution for everything, and i just happen 2 be it! a good workout is always consisting of abb work, try some crunches or planks. also try to get those arms moving! a good way to work out on ur arms/legs is 2 strech and lift weights, corresponding 2 ur strenghth. do each exersize 4 like 2mins, then go 2 a dif exersizeie. MOD!!!! I'm worried about being underweight AND overweight. I'm 5'1" and 101 pounds, and I know that gaining weight is normal, especially since I'm still growing, but I haven't been able to excersise since LAST MARCH. I haven't been allowed to go outside, to walk, to run, to go sledding, etc. My mom thinks I'll be kidnapped and taken to another country, or worse. (That last sentence is off topic) I have no idea what a normal height is for girls my age, (13) or a normal weight for people my height. Help!!!!
