MOD MOD MOD MOD MOD hello there i hope your enjoying your day . so im 13 5''4 1/2 and wieght around 120 pounds. im a gymnast so i do have more muscles which i know wieights a lot but i still desperatly wanna loose 2-5 pounds!!!! im do sit ups and v-sits and crunches everyday i eat pretty healthy but i cant stop snacking i love snacking. is there anyways i can stop snacking or i can loose wight really really fast and get fab abs? 2) also since i have leg muscle my thies are kind of big not huge but big anyway i could make then skinier ????? thx so much for the help

Girl, you tell her she has to get herself out of the danger. Letting her be with him when he is a "few" years older isn't a good thing either PLUS he is in a GANG?!?!?!?! OMG, he's ghetto. Ewww. Ghetto is gross!!! Tell her Mom about the gang. The longer YOU wait the more time she is in danger. Guys who are older and not good for girls who are young. Get her out of it, or you tell her Mom ASAP! No more time for waiting. Katie

I was in that sitch with a friend, but she was in the gang also, and started doing drugs. it was hard to see because we were so close, and she sometimes didn't come to school weeks at a time. i told my mom and she anonymously told the school. it was sad to see her kicked out, put in reform school, and sent to rehabilitation, but in the end she got the help she needed.

well i say she should just stay close to her cousin (text, call etc.) and her cousin should just be there for her boyfriend cuz honestly that must suck :/
