I've inherited back hair

I have that too, and my mom asked the doctor about it, and they said it might have to do with too many male hormones or too less female hormones, my voice is also deeper, they said that if that's what it is, they'll give me pills.. But would it make my voice higher? I don't really want to go to school with a higher pitched voice than it was before summer.. Thanks




Hey girl,

It probably will not have that much effect on your voice. It could make it a tiny bit higher, but it won't make it high pitched...or even noticeably higher, for that matter. It'll just help your body balance out your hormones. If you're concerned about this or any other effects, try asking your doc what to expect! If you're worried, tell him/her and they can really spell out what you'll see after taking the pills for a while <3

i have 2 questions:
1. ive had my hair the same way for a while. its red auburn and shoulder legnth. currently, the only style i have is a side bang. my face is oval-square ish. im getting it cut soon and i want a new style. any ideas?
2. i shave my legs, but i want to wax. is there DIY waxing kits for home and also whats the best brand if so? last part: how long do your legs usually stay smooth after waxing?

Hey girlie. Try adding some layers to give it an extra boost. There are DIY waxing kits but I've never used them, so I couldn't tell you which brand to use. I've heard that waxing can last for a couple weeks. It's best to ask around though- see if your friends have ever used it and get their advice!

Hey! Nair is also tested on Animals!!! you could try something like bee's wax...? it hurts the first few times (says a friend0 but after that it's fine Smile you should give it a try <3

My dad is like really hairy, and i was too, and i was also made fun of alot): i shave my legs and my arms, but i was just about to start using Nair on my back. But Nair smells funny, and i think its gross, but not as gross as a hairy back!

modmodmod im trying to lose weight but my mom is making it impossible! she doesnt support me at all and she knows im trying. she buys all these fatty foods and expects me 2 eat them and if i dont she gets RLY mad.she says im not fat and i know im not but i want to be skinnier. wut do i do?!thanks

 

Hey girl, I think you should have a convo with your mom.  It would be best to do it at a time when you're alone, and when you're away from the kitchen (when you're not arguing about food).  First, it's important to listen to your mom's concerns.  Weight loss when you are young can be unhealthy if you aren't careful, so it's important to consult a doc first.  But also let her know what you would like to see different, such as what kinds of foods you would like to buy.  Maybe you could work out a compromise, like you guys plan family meals that you both agree on, or go shopping together.  Be patient and mature, and hopefully you guys can work it out! Smile

Mod! the hair down there can get a lil out of control and can be seen a lil when i wear a bikini i dont wanna stop wearing bikinis i just donot want the hair that SHOWS!
