What should I get my older brother for Christmas? I have no idea what!!!! (yes im thinking about it very early, but time goes by fast!!!) he's 17 and he likes video games but i am horrible at choosing video games, i'd probably end up buying like a little kid game. and plus i dont have a lot of money cuz i have to buy for my parents and grandparents too! He is on the competitive soccer team and is really good, but soccer season will over by then! i also cant get him clothes cuz he likes choosing for himself and my choices for him would probably be bad haha. so any ideas?? like $25, max. Plx dont say something like a card or a picture of us because he wouldnt like it haha. so ya thx!!!

Hey girlie,

A gift card would definitely be a great compromise! Get him a gift card to the store where he most often shops for video games so he can choose the game but he doesn't have to pay for all of it. Then write a little note telling him to put the gift card towards his next video game purchase - that you didn't know which one he was most excited about, but hopefully when he plays the game he thinks of the gift from you! I'm starting track this year what kind of workout clothes would be good to wear?

Hey girlie! The girls that run track at my school usually practiced in t-shirts and gym shorts. Your coach might have some guidelines for you.

Hey all. I'm an ice skater, and I just searched on GL for "skaters" and there's like a million ice skaters!!! So to all the figure skaters out there-We should make a club!! We could all chat about skating stuff and encourage each other and all that =) Until then, I would love to talk to any figure skaters on my profile!!! =)

1) I want to wear sweats more often but i hate the way the make my legs look, is there anything i can do to make my legs thinner that way i look better in sweatpants?
2) I need weight loss tips i wanna lose another 5-7 lbs. what are some good workouts to do this?
3) what are some good stores to buy sweatpant?
srrry it was so long

1. Here are some links to help tone your legs. However, it won't happen immediately, so give yourself at least a month before you start to expect results: http://www.girlslife.com/post/2011/01/19/moves-to-tone-by-spring-break.aspx and http://www.girlslife.com/post/2009/09/10/Five-Fave-Toning-Moves.aspx. 2. Don't focus on the number for your weight, focus more on how you feel. Make sure that you're eating healthy meals. As for workouts, cardio workouts like running or biking are always good, but in the cold weather, if you don't have access to a gym, it might be easier to do exercises and keep up with your healthy eating. Check out the Workouts link for some ideas: http://www.girlslife.com/category/workouts.aspx. 3. I think most stores have sweatpants — from Walmart to department stores, sporting goods stores and smaller mall stores. You're probably likely to find them anywhere. Or, you could get some school spirit sweatpants if your school has a school store or place to buy items online.
