I walked into Social Studies the other day and my crush cut his hair so I teased him by saying "Ooh... so ugly" and I chuckled. SO then we got into a conversation for almost all of the class with his cousin and at one point I kicked him because he said a rude comment. Later while I was at my locker he asked the teacher if he looked bad and the teacher said no. Turns out I was the only girl who said that. Does this mean he values my opinion? Does he like me? Also whats the article candy heart manicure?

I'm thirteen year-old.My eyes are hazel, and I want to play them up a lot. How do I do this? What should I use?I also want to a light pink gloss. Anyone want to help? No mascara please!

 

Hey girlie! Try using some green eyeliner or dark green eyeshadow to accent the color in your eyes. Stay away of thick, black eyeliner and go more towards color and natural looks.

MOD MOD MOD So I want to look really pretty tomorrow for Valentine's day (for my crush ;P). I bought this shirt and it's a pale pink/peach with roses on the front and lace at the bottom, I've only worn it once before and got a lot of compliments on it. Should I wear black or blue jeans, and flats or boots? Also what's a pretty way I could do my hair? And any cute makeup ideas/ how-to's? I usually wear eyeliner, mascara, blush, and a shimmery bronze eyeshadow. Also, what color should I paint my nails? Thanks! Laughing

 

 

Hey chickadee! I'd say wear it with blue jeans. As for shoes, boots usually look cute! (As for flats, so either would look cute). As for your hair, you could braid back your bangs, and wear the rest down and flowy. Or, you could part it in the middle and braid back a small section from the front on each side. Then, pin with a bobby pin on each side. As for makeup, maybe clean, black eyeliner with neutral eye shador, bronzer and pink lip gloss. Simple, classic and cute. As for nails, pink or red is always pretty and classic Smile

MOD MOD MOD!!!!!
I have a problem! So, I am on the speech team in my school, and on Valentines Day, we have this Big tournament. It goes from right after school to 9pm! But I REALLY don't wanna go. Its supposed to be very competitive, and i don't really like that. I also already go to bed late, and staying there until 9pm would be horrible, because I would still have lots of homework to do. AND its on valentines day, which sucks because I am hoping that I might be able to do something with my crush. I do a speech with a friend, and I would have to make sure she duznt mind doing her other speech instead. I just don't wanna go!! What do you think I should do about this?!?!




Hey girlie, I think if you're on the team then you've made a commitment to go to these tournaments and help your team win. If it's still a big problem for you then talk to your friend and coach and see  what they think.

Okay. So I really like this guy...we can call him...Alex. So I think Alex likes me, because he always talks to me and teases me. He's also really sweet. I asked my friend if she'd you know, talk up Alex for me a day ago or so. He's also in my gym class and sees me all sweaty and stuff. Do you think it would be a good idea to ask him out? And if so, how? And When? HEEELPP!




Hey chica,

First off, I'd start by chatting with Alex and trying to flirt a bit with him. See how he responds! If he seems into it, ask him to hang out casually first - either to do homework, study for a big test, or to grab food with a group. As he gets to know you better (and if he still seems "into" it), then I would ask him out on a real date. Just be patient and you'll figure out the best way to do it!

I bet that nail polish is one of the cheap kinds, like Essie. I had to put like a bajillion coats of Essie on once, when I bought it. I only buy OPI, and high-quality brands like that. That blush set looks SOOOOO CUTE! Laughing

Hey girly! I would try some waterproof liquid eyeliner. Maybelline makes a good line of it! Smile

I love the nail polish and headband. The lipgloss seems kind of dark, but maybe it's just me, since I prefer bright lipgloss/lipstick.
