how do u do the bicycle crunch soemone plz explain to me more clearly ste-b step by step pictures for most of the excercises on gl could help they could even be on a dfferent page in the interest of space a link at the end of the directions maybe?


Hey girl, I'll try to explain it to you. So you have to lay on your back, with your knees in the air and pretend you are riding a bike, so pedal with your feet. Then bend your arms and move them with your legs. Look up this exercise on youtube, to see how it's done. Hope this helps! Smile Smile

My parents are divorced. Plain and simple. So when I exercise at my mom's house, she encourages me and tells me to keep going. When I do the same thing at my dad's house (which I'm at most often) he says I shouldnt worry about my weight. Then like two hours later he calls me fat. What should I do?

Bonjour chicky! You shouldn't be exercising because of what your parents think. You should be doing it for yourself and your health. Who cares what they may say to you - as long as you're at a healthy weight then your fine. Words can be hurtful though so if one of your parents makes a comment about your weight then politely tell them that you would appreciate it if they cease to make such comments since they hurt your feelings. Hope this helps!

How will I know that these workouts wont just make my legs bigger? Most stuff that I try to make my legs leaner and my butt smaller only seem to do the opposite. Or am I just not doing them right?

Dance is a good way to get in shape I dance all the time I take 4 dance classes it's so fun you should try it.
