hi i have noticed that i started sleeping very oddly this week. i would turn a 180 degrees and completely face the other direction. also, one day i saw that i had a little blood on the tissue i was using to whipe myself while i went to the washroom. Am i going to get my period soon? i have also had stomach cramps and i have really wanted to eat candy even though i kno its bad for my teeth. HELP!

Hey girlie. You could possibly be near your period, but there's no way to know. So, be prepared for it by keeping a pad or tampon with you.

I take karate, and we have to wear a uniform and the pants are white. So whenever I go, even if I'm definitely NOT on my period, I'm still nervous the whole time that I've leaked.
What should I do?? I wear a pantyliner when I'm not on my period, but it still worries me. And when I am on it, even wearing a pretty thick pad, I'm afraid that I'll leak. I'm usually there for an hour or two of class, but I still get really nervous!
and i'm scared to wear a tampon- I've tried it before and I couldn't get it. Plus I'm worried about TSS. So what can i do other than a tampon?

Hey chica! Take bathroom breaks. If your class is two hours, half way through, go to the bathroom and check yourself. Also, don't worry too much, you will feel it if you leak through. Another option is wear something underneath-like black leggings or tight black shorts. They should help you feel more secure.
