How old do you have to be to go to the gym? I was just wondering because I thought gyms were for adults?F


Hey KitKate963, mhmm I think it depends with every gym. Maybe if you go with an adult you'll be able to get in. I would make a list of all your local gyms and call and ask. Hope this helps! Xoxo

Mod Mod Mod When I run I get tired and out of breath so quickly. How can I run longer and feel better aftr running insteae of being out of breath and cramping thanks sooo much!!!!!!

Hey girlie,

That just means you're not as "in shape" as you'd like to be! Gradually add longer distances to your running routine - stick with it and make sure you run often. For example, next week add one more lap around the track. As you get used to running that distance, increase it again a little - by another lap or two. You'll push yourself and get yourself ready to run longer without getting as tired! Smile

It's a piece of exercise equipment that mimics the action of rowing a boat, like being on the crew team. Lots of crew teams use them to practice and it's a great way to get a cardio/arm/shoulder work out!

im not really much of any of these, are there any good cardio workouts that could help get rid of fat, for volleyball players??
if there are none, what is the best exercise for burning fat??



Hey girly! You could always do something fun, like jumping rope or hula hooping... both great fat-burning and toning cardio exercises. Or, you could do a dance DVD, like salsa dancing!

okay so i don't have a treadmill, and i think running is okay once i get into a routine. i live in Minnesota, so during the winter and early spring it's hard to get out and go for a run. any suggestions?? thanks (:

Hey girl,

You can always join a gym or a YMCA with a family member or friend.  If that's not an option, try some of the workout DVDs that are available at stores like Target or Walmart!  They are fun and will get your heart pumping!

MOD I NEED HELP!!!!! I have a fat stomach. I bought this rally cute expensive bikini and short shorts to wear in the Summer. I'm starting to think it was a waste of my money since I don't want to wear it because I have a huge stomach. Is there anyway I can get a nice flat stomach by July? I would be totally dedicated to any workout if it means I can get a flat stomach.

Hey girly! Pretty much any cardio exercise, if you do it often enough, will increase your stamina. Maybe try talking, biking, or if you can, running. Start out small, and then add more time each time that you do it Smile

I'm a gymnast and when I run I get really tired for like the first 30 seconds! I really want to work my cardio, because my friend can run the whole p.e. mile without stopping. What are good ideas to boost up my cardio?
