Definitely try places like Forever 21, Macy's, DEB Shop, Charlotte Russe, or Delias! They have pretty dresses in all styles and for pretty good prices. Also that sounds really cute - stretch that imagination and enjoy mixing up your style! Smile

hey girlie. I don't think that is true! There is a certain wax you need to use. It's best to get it professionally done.
