HI! So yesterday i broke my arm, i getting a cast on tuesday and sence uits really a fracture im going to have a cast for about three weeks. what kinda of work out can i do whith my broken arm that are fun and preferrable dont invole running.I also like to dance.

Hey girlie -- your best bet is walking (less strenuous and doesn't involve the arm, or needing balance).

I am turning 13 in a month, (ahhhhhhhhhhhhh! Smile) I also have a dance reital around that time and were goin to the beach with school right b4 school let's out. So, I was wonderin if u had any good ideas on how to cut down belly fat, tone my abs and arms, ant lose thigh fat, FAST! Thanx, I know it's a tall order but any advice I'll take!

MOD MOD MOD!! I've been slightly overweight for a little while, but it hasn't really shown until now. The group I hang out with is one of the most laid back in the school, I mean most of us wear nearly the same outfit every day, so there's really no social pressure. Even so, I can't help but feel horrible about my body whenever I'm around them. Is there any way to boost my confidence just a little bit so I can get back on track with my life? Thanks.

Since I live in an apartment upstairs, I can't really do much exercise that involes jumping or any activity that makes noise. There is a gym in the front office that I use but it only has a tredmill, wieghts and a bike. I use those but there is no room for squats or anything. At home I do sit ups daily and I also do the plank. Do you have any ideas that I could use so I dont disturb my nieghbors?

I need help. All my besties are very skinny but I'm really tall and pudgy. If u look at me you can't tell how pudgy I am. I want to get flat stomach for summer and I wantt to wear this really cute bikini I picked out. I try to do crunches but I'm always too tired after lacrosse practice. Help Please!! Thanks mods




Hey girlie,

Being motivated is step one! Keep that bikini in mind and create a workout plan based on your interests/schedule. Having lacrosse already in your life is AWESOME - work this stuff around that and you'll be good to go! Try using our Exercises ideas to start Smile Mix strength training, stretches, cardio, and core workouts together to keep things interesting, fun, and effective. Remember to eat balanced meals full of veggies and proteins, and say no to too many snacks. It won't happen overnight but you'll get healthier as you get closer to summer Smile

MOD MOD MOD~ So I have been working out, eating healthier, all in addition to playing softball, volleyball, and dancing. My arms are toned, my tummy is well on its way to being toned, my outer thighs are rock hard....and my inner thighs are still all jiggly...i know you can't spot reduce....but what else can I do to make my inner thighs firm??? Hey girly girl! I would try running. That's always great for toned legs! Or, pilates, which makes for long, lean bodies Smile

Hey girly girl, you could always braid it now, when it's wet. Then, when you take it out in the morning, it'll have a nice wave to it. You can braid back your bangs, to one side, and pin with a bobby pin behind your ear. Then, either pull the rest up, or leave it down. Smile

I love this idea! I never know what to do when I exercise. I just did a round of this except I changed around some of the exercises to fit what I'm training for in track: Jumping jacks, Squat jumps, Skip in a circle, Tricep dips, Frog jumps, Lunges, Squats, Line Jumps, Bicep curls, Crunches, Walking lunges, and Crazy Dance. I put on my iPod with all my fave songs and just worked it! It was actually really fun so I think I'll do it more often with different exercises.

Hey girly! If your parents give you permish, then you could hang them up at the grocery store, the library and other places. Also, you could offer to do other things for your neighbors to earn some dough.

Hey again chica! I'd go around maybe door to door, to the neighbors that you know. And then, maybe make a flier or letter and put it in everyone's mailbox. I'd put your phone number, since it's just your neighbors. But, make sure to ask  your parents first Smile

Mod Mod Mod I am saving up for a Apple computer because they work fast and have cool apps for them. I am also saving up for a Justin Bieber Cut out and to redecorate my room. Hey Mod,
So I've decided to start saving for a laptop. Right now I have about $100. The one I want is The Macbook Air, but the cheapest model is $1,000, and I would probably want a larger one or one with more memory, which cost more money. I don't NEED a Mac, but they are my favorite kind of computer. What do you think I should do, save for a long time for the expensive one, or buy a PC, which cost less and I would get sooner, but it's not my favorite kind of computer. Thanks!!
