my grandpa passed away a month ago. he was diagnosed with cancer last year and every thing just went down hill from there. he got mersa and mrs in his blood and colin. my friends ask whats up and i tell them and there like 'oh i'm so sorry' but i told them and NONE of them came too the funeral my dads friend who has two kids my age came, i see them more than MY close friends. Should i be mad at them or just let it slide under the radar?

MODMODMOD In middle school I've been getting bullied. I'm afraid to tell my teachers or principal since the matter could only escalate after that. She might seek revenge for me telling. What do I do!? I've considered cutting myself because I have a razor blade sitting right here on my desk. I feel that I want to try it. I've even considered suicide, but when I try, I swell up with thoughts of family and friends. What do I do to handle the bullying? Help!




Hey girl, think this through, first of all: will hurting yourself really stop this girl from hurting you? Or will it just show she's won in lowering you enough to make you consider that? What you're dealing with is serious and something you shouldn't have to deal with alone. You need to talk to an adult as soon as possible, especially if you've had thoughts of suicide. Talk to your parents about this bullying and a guidance counselor. Your counselor will keep you safe/prevent this girl from seeking revenge, trust me. Teachers and principals' job is to make school safe for students but they can't if you don't tell them there's a problem. So stay strong, hang in there and speak up. Things will get better; don't let this girl win.

I was a stupid kid about 2 years ago, I made friends on a fansite (stupid i know), and told them my age, the country i lived in, and very generally my dads job (very general, like saying 'teacher' or 'doctor'). Anyways I stopped talking to them, and became a lot safer on the internet. I never felt threatened when I was on there, but now i am really scared. Do you think someone could find me? Also, do you think these people were predators? They never pressed me for info, and they seemed real. Do you think they've forgotten me by now? Am i in danger? Theres been no incident so far, and I've moved since then, but I am really paranoid right now.

Hey girl, not at all. You gave very vague details. I think you'll be fine. Trust me when I say there are tons of people who live in the U.S. who are your age and whose parents work in the teaching industry. That said, always play it safe. Don't give out personal info ever to strangers.

im going to high school next year and i havent really been worried about it until i was talking to my dentists daughter the other day.she warned me to be careful about the older guys hitting on me.it happened to her a lot and she didnt like it at all. she was also offered pot there once. i was just wondering how do u act in those situations?? what do u tell the guys hitting on u? ive been hit on before but usually i just give them this "back off" look and walk away but what if it doesnt work? and what if im offered a drug? obviously i say no but most likely theyre gonna say something back?? can u give me some tips plz?

Hey girlie -- simply tell them you are flattered, but you are interested Smile If you're offered a drug, tell the person that you aren't into drugs and if they keep pressuring you tell them their best bet is to find somebody who is, cause you're not.
