MOD MOD MOD MOD MOD!!! How often should I use a new razor or replace the blade of the old one? Does it harm your skin to use the same one more than once??

Hey girly,
You should probably replace it every couple of weeks. It isn't bad for the skin to use it more then once, it's just that the more you use a blade, it doesn't shave as close as before.

mod mod mod i have Keratosis pilaris its a skin condition where i have bumps all over my legs due to clogged skin pores how can i shave without cutting my legs all up




Hey girl! Shaving your legs with KP will cause serious irritation. I think waxing is the best alternative, but it can be pretty expensive. Next best thing would be the hair removal creams like veet or nair. You may get ingrown hairs more often, but at least your legs won't always be irritated. Good luck babe! Hope this helps.

MOD MOD!!!!!!!!! I use shower gel and or shaving cream when i shave but I still get bumps all over my leggs and they hurt and some times look red as if they are bleeding. what can I do??




Hey babe,

Good job for using shaving cream to lubricate your legs! Don't forget to shave slowly and in the direction that the hair is growing. Your legs, for some reason, are getting extra irritated, so be delicate! Finish up with some body lotion with aloe after your shower to soften your skin and soothe it. Your skin might just be extra sensitive, but remember these tips to make the pain a little more bearable!

MOD! i really really want to shave my upper leg but my mom wont let me!! all the ppl @ school make fun of my and tease my bc i have so much hair on my upper leg. should i just shave there anyway?

Hey girly,
Take your mom aside and maturely tell her the reasons why you want to shave your upper legs. If you are calm and raise good, solid facts, you have a good chance of convincing your mom. Be prepared to compromise.

MOD MOD MOD everytime i shave my armpits it seems like it doesn't shave ALL the way ! It still leaves little stubs making it look like i haven't shaved for a while. What can i do to stop that ??

Mod! Hey! How are you today? So, my question is that this summer im allowed to start shaving, Im 12 btw, and I was wondering what razor and shaving cream would be best to start with? MOD! I heard about nair products and i want to try it but I don't if my mom will approve. Can I just get the product without my rents permission or will something happen to me? And its kind of an awkward topic. What should I do?

 

Hey chica, I think you should talk to your mom about it.  When you're one-on-one, just let her know you would like to use it but wanted a second opinion from her.  She will probably be glad you asked.  Nothing will happen to you if you don't tell, but you'll probably feel better if you do.  xoxo
