MOD MOD MOD How do I get a smooth and clear complexion? And how long does it take? I always seem to have a few zits and redness. I also wonder if there is anything I can do to get rid of acne scars. Also, how do I get rid of skin discoloration on my armpits? Thanks so much!!!

MOD MOD Hi! I'm a very active person... I play sports and I love to run. But the only thing is, the only person I can ever run with is my mom. She's a runner too, and it's great when we can get out, but most of the time we can't because she has such a busy, changing work schedule. I don't mind running alone... I just live on a main road, so I'm not allowed to run alone. There's no one else in my family to run with either, and I'm not allowed to go on the main road with friends either (I wouldn't want to even if I was allowed to, because it's a very busy road). I really want to be able to run more but I don't know what to do!



Hey chica! Could you go to your high school's football field and run around the track? That would be safe!

last summer i gained ALOT of weight, and i have already lost it all this school year. but how can i be sure to keep a healthy weight this summer, and maybe lose more???

I'm getting on an airplane in a few hours and I am sooo nervous I feel lightheaded, naucious and fast breathing. What can I do to calm down?

hey! did you know that air travel is statistically the safest way to get somewhere. It's a lot safer than cars anyway. just close your eyes and imagine touching down safely. you'll feel better.

I kind of admire her for being able to surf. I've been told so many horror stories about the ocean that I'm too scared to go in it.

I really want to improve my health, and get rid of my unhealthy body fat, and it feels to me like right now is a good time to start that. Except, there's a problem here- I'm really embarrassed about the idea of working out. My basketball season finished about 3 weeks ago, so there's no more regular practices or games for me until around October. The idea of working out at home terrifies me because I don't want my mom or dad or brother\brother's friends to see me. I'm very rarely home alone, so this does not help. How do you think I can get over this?

Hey girlie! I'm great and you? Laughing You need to figure out what it is that makes you so afraid of working out. Once you understand what it is that scares you, you can work towards conquering said fears and, therefore, turn your attention towards your health Smile

Wow thats amazing!I wish I could be a surfer and a model for roxy!!!I tried stand up paddle surfing on the North Shore in Hawaii!My mom even has a paddle board, I might use it this summer Smile It really is great workout and fun!!!
